Short on communication - awkward functionality **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2018 **What do you like best about Ryver?** It's got the typical functionality in a nice user interface. **What do you dislike about Ryver?** The sine qua non of software functionality is the trade-off between what it can do and how easy it is to use. Ryver misses the boat on both accounts. But worse, I found it to be a bait and switch on pricing. I signed up for one price, but then they charged me a different/higher price. And it took me lots of arguing to get back to our original agreement. It was very painful communicating with them about features and pricing. **Recommendations to others considering Ryver:** Don't use the product.
