**What do you like best about BHN?**

To build long-lasting relationships with customers and improve brand perception, our agency uses different strategies, and one of them is to offer incentives. BHN Rewards makes it easy to deliver and track these incentives, allows you to set an expiration time for the rewards and recover all of those that were not redeemed. This way, losses are reduced and the ROI of the campaigns is increased.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

There are few integrations with marketing and sales platforms, you have to use Zapier to expand the range of options, and it is an extra cost. I would like to see the BHN Rewards platform expand its catalog of integrations.

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a platform that is quick to implement and easy to manage. We have detailed control over the rewards delivered, and I can also customize the message that the client will receive, giving a personalized touch to each incentive. It has helped us improve the perception of brands and give consumers that little push to buy.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

We use BHN Rewards for promotional campaigns, when customers need an extra incentive to make a purchase. Also to motivate customers to leave feedback, it integrates well with SurveyMonkey and Marketo. Overall, the platform is easy to use and it is possible to track the rewards you give out.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

You can't always be giving out incentives, so their use is limited to seasons or not, everything depends on the market you are working in, I would say that is the negative side of this tool.

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have clients who are in very competitive industries and as part of our strategy to achieve sales, conversions or leads, we have integrated BHN Rewards. Logistically, it makes it easier for us to deliver incentives, which we offer in our promotional campaigns to gain clients or subscribers. In addition, this tool integrates very well with our other survey and email delivery tools.

When launching a new marketing campaign we needed a way to incentivize folks in our target market for real industry feedback and this was an excellent way to get digital traffic in the door.

The reporting and tracking functions. It makes it simple for us to track sending incentives out to our respondents, we can see if the email was sent, delivered, opened, and claimed. This makes tracking payments quick and easy.

Not applicable. We are happy with all the BHN services.

We regularly provide incentives to those who complete surveys for us. BHN is the quickest way to get those incentives paid out and also to track the status of them. Their reporting functions also enable us to have real time information on how much of our incentive budget has been spent for different projects.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Our gifting needs are sporadic in terms of timing and quantity. Having the automation set up makes it super easy for our employees to trigger the request and for us to approve and pay as we go. Overall, we are very pleased with this option as we were "too small" for a number of the other gifting services and the fact that integrates so nicely with HubSpot is the cherry on top.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

Their sales cycle was a little odd in that I created our account and started using it when a team member reached out to do a call (which I thought was to highlight additional features) but it was the initial sales call. We figured this out in about 10 minutes but it was still awkward. There could also be additional clarity on using a credit card for each payment versus setting up a bank account to hold a set amount of funds (on their books) to draw down from.

As a recruiting and HR consulting firm, we were struggling to find an option that would allow us to send congratulations and thank you gift cards to the individuals we work with on an as-needed basis.

Rybbon is easy to use, has plenty of options, and helps us deliver significant value to our clients.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Rybbon.  This has been a time saver and value-add for our clients.

Rybbon has saved a considerable amount of time in the administration of survey incentives.  We have also delivered significant value to our clients by using the Global Smart Choice option.  This allows the recipient to select a gift card of their choice (or a non-profit donation of choice), customized depending on recipient location.

The ease of use is probably what I like best about Rybbon. The platform is clean, easy to use and affective for sending any type of gift card. We have evaulated other platforms but the mixture of Rybbons cost + ease of use was unmatched.

The one thing I have noticed is that sometimes when you send a gift card to someone, the card ends up in their spam or they have trouble accepting it. Not sure if that's a Rybbon issue or an email issue on my end.

I love the fact that you can upload a csv file to make it easy to send gift cards to multiple people at once. I am definitely more productive, and the platform saves me a ton of time!

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Great customer service. Offers global rewards available in the local currency. I also thought it was nice they included donations as options recipients could choose from. It is also nice that it is integrated with Qualtrics.

Only downside I would say is that it doesn't have mobile compatibility when setting up or checking your campaigns. You have to use your desktop for everything.

The best part of Rybbon is how easy it is to link with our preferred survey platform and track the incentive distribution process. It's also extremely helpful that unclaimed rewards can be managed so that we can save money.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

I haven't experienced many issues, so I can't really list any dislikes at the current time. I suppose integration could be a bit more streamlined. We've had some minor issues with survey respondents getting errors in the transition from the survey to Rybbon, which has led to re-distributing of incentives, but it wasn't on a large scale.

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a much simpler and easier to manage process to distribute digital incentives to survey respondents. Being able to offer digital incentives saves us time by not needing to distribute physical ones.

Rybbon is very intuitive and easy to use.  Also, it is seamless for international rewards.  We are able to interface our custom survey system with Rybbon.

There are some limitations with editing/modifying/adding to the recipient list.  However, I believe that this issue is being addressed.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Rybbon has all we need--and none of the complicated and unnecessary extras--to reward our survey participants. It saves us countless hours we would otherwise need to spend on mailings and documentation otherwise.  The variety of reward choices keeps everyone happy, and the filters on the interface help us make sure each and every person is compensated in a timely manner.  It works like magic, and it even updates our qualtrics database in real time with each person's Rybbon status.  When we have questions, the support team is very responsive and clear, even sending very helpful demonstration video clips in some cases.  Every action is conveniently logged, and internal troubleshooting is a breeze.  For example, we can now easily correct email typos or re-send reward emails with one click.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

They no longer allow a pre-loaded contact list for Qualtrics-linked campaigns, so we have had to play it safe and manually approve all rewards (without an option to auto-approve by comparing against the existing list).

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are distributing an online survey via Qualtrics to over 2,000 participants, and without Rybbon we would have needed to purchase, document, and mail physical gift cards to all of those people.  Using Rybbon is just infinitely more flexible and efficient.  The participants also appreciate receiving their survey incentive within minutes of completing the survey, as they would with a traditional in-person interview.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

The software is user-friendly and easy to learn. Questionnaire respondents are able to get their rewards easily. Tech support is fast, friendly, efficient, and caring. Very nicely done!

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

Most people in our surveys prefer to get VISA rewards due to the fact that they are in isolated or semi-isolated communities. These are a bit more difficult to set up because of the paperwork required. Being able to offer more credit card-type rewards would work best in our situation.

We are able to provide rewards to respondents without having to travel to the communities carrying cash or prepaid cards. This is much more secure for our staff and ensures the reward goes to the person it was intended for.

**Describe the project or task BHN helped with:**

We use Rybbon to automate our gift card program. Users who complete our training module get placed into a Hubspot workflow and at the end of the workflow they get dumped into a Rybbon gift card distribution trigger. I then use the Rybbon portal to set up campaigns and approve/disapprove entries.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

I like that we are able to set up separate campaigns for all of our gift card programs and all we have to do is build in a Hubspot automation trigger to get them to funnel in to the Rybbon portal. Then I have the ability to approve/disapprove entries from there. The reporting feature is also very nice for our accounting team because it tracks gift card purchases (including pre-funding our account) and it tracks gift cards sent/claimed/unused.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

The only thing I dislike about the platform is that there is no real fraud detection. We have users who create several fake profiles/emails in order to claim as many gift cards as possible. I'm able to filter out duplicate email addresses but there is no detection on a suspicious entry. This would save us hundreds/thousands of dollars.  Filtering recipients is also a little frustrating because you can only filter name/email by their first name because it puts first name + last name + email in the same column.  They should separate these out so you can filter by either first name, last name, or email.

**Recommendations to others considering BHN:**

You get a 100% refund on all unclaimed gift cards, that allows you to pretty much pay for Rybbon's service fee. It's a platform that pays for itself!

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to do this whole process manually. That was a nightmare because it was hard to keep track of everything. Now all I need to do is login to Rybbon's portal and approve any new entries (this can also be set up to automatically approve entries).

Rybbon helps us deliver gift cards to our clients all over the world when we want to thank them for referring a friend or helping us with market research. Rybbon's service is so convenient and easy to use. They have thought of everything. It literally takes seconds to send a thank-you to clients anywhere in the world in a currency that works for them. This is an excellent service that saves us so much time and stress. We are getting very good value for money.

The simplicity of Rybbon's system is a real plus. Just a few clicks. All you need is the client's email address.

I really can't find anything I'd change about Rybbon's service. We love it!

It's easy to try. Just send one reward and you'll be hooked. You don't need to set up a contract, just try it once.

We work with clients in 60 countries and Rybbon saves us trying to figure out what rewards work in each country. Their system saves us a great deal of time and effort.

Rybbon has simplified our participant payment process.  We send payment within minutes to participants all over the world.  Rybbon also makes it easy to track when incentives have been received by the participant.  We also love that Rybbon allows participants to select which retailer they would they would like to redeem their gift card to.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

I love that our customer service rep, Troy,  is so attentive and quick to respond! We have never had this high level of customer service.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

I wish that we could have a quicker bank transfer process as it seems to take 3-5 business days to get money sent from our bank to Rybbon.

I cannot think of a better platform to send incentives with!

**What do you like best about BHN?**

I liked how easy it was to add recipients, and also that Rybbon would alert me to when I added duplicates.  I also am quite keen on being about to put an expiration date on reward redemption.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

They have a limited number of survey platforms their automation works with as a plug and play, but honestly, I worked with the tech support team and we got it working on my platform as well - so it wasn't really an issue.

**Recommendations to others considering BHN:**

It's easy to use and the support team is extremely friendly. It's best to engage them early in your project development as they have a thorough vetting process of their clients and there is a lot of customization you can do within Rybbon, so best to get in there tinker with and customize it.

Not having to purchase and mail physical gift cards is fantastic.

The service is awesome! Even though we're not the largest customer, my AE is always checking in and happy to help with questions. I also really appreciate all the content they put out. Their webinars have helped me dig into reward best practices and increase the efficiency of my program.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

I wish more advanced email/landing page customization was available at lower customer tiers.  That said the limited customization options still get the job done

I love Rybbon's interface as it is simple to use, doesn't contain too many options, and their customer service is friendly and responsive.

I don't like how sometimes there is a lag between a participant completing a survey and that info being reflected in my campaign...as that causes confusion sometimes.

We'd planned to use Rybbon's gift cards as incentives for a small market research study.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Nothing.  They were thoroughly unhelpful and completely self-serving.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

After wasting two weeks with them trying to get "approved" to buy a mere 100 $10 gift cards we still hadn't managed to get through the process. 
Apparently all potential customers are considered drug-running money-launders until you manage to prove to them differently.  
Buying some gift cards shouldn't be this insanely hard.

Look for another option.

I am owner of a small business providing educational services.  I was hoping to set up a Rybbon account, but my account was disabled with no explanation given.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

If I had been able to make an account for my small business, I was looking forward to being able to give prizes to international users for completing surveys.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

My account was rejected with no reason given.  The support email said, "per our Terms of Use, Rybbon reserves the right to reject any order or account."

**Recommendations to others considering BHN:**

If you own a small business, do not expect much from Rybbon.  Consider bringing your business to a competitor.

We conduct many research projects around NJ, PA, and WV. It's not always ideal with physical gift cards so we needed to find an alternative. Rybbon has really helped us with gift card distribution for all our participants and they love the many options for their gift cards!

**What do you like best about BHN?**

The many selections of gift cards and the quantities. 

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

That you cannot view the gift card numbers that the client received, and once it's been claimed, you cannot stop the transaction.

Set up a walk through of the website. It was very helpful to my team!

We partnered with Rybbon on a SurveyMonkey-based survey for our client. The set up was very straightforward and we were able to give our survey respondents a choice as to what gift card they wanted to choose as a reward for completing the survey - loved that feature. Everything was seamless once we deployed the survey, it was a very positive experience! We will definitely use Rybbon again on our next survey project. 

**What do you like best about BHN?**

My favorite feature is the option to give the respondents a choice as to what gift card they want to choose - you don't have to commit to one type of gift card. 

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

It's never fun having to set everything up to be ready to deploy the survey, but that's nothing to do with Rybbon,  just part of the survey process!

This is an excellent way to provide an incentive seamlessly tied to a survey

As a consumer insights company, we sometimes need to compensate research respondents with an incentive.  Rybbon takes all the risk and most of the effort out of the equation.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Highly flexible.  Everything is online.  We get a refund on whatever we don't use.  We can get more gift codes almost immediately, for a variety of gift options, in varying amounts.  Simple, turn-key operation.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

Honestly, I haven't found anything significant yet.  It took a couple of tries to understand everything about the program, but customer care has been there to answer all questions.

**Recommendations to others considering BHN:**

As with any new supplier, ask lots of questions to make sure you fully understand how the whole thing works.

We wanted to encourage and thank our existing customers  for taking a survey about our company's service. 

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Instant feedback on who has taken the survey and claimed the rewards.  The survey takers also get this reward immediately and receive instant gratification.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

Nothing!  I have so many ideas on how to use this program in the future!

**Recommendations to others considering BHN:**

I have been so impressed with Rybbon.  Anything to make my life easier is appreciated. I was a little confused about the set-up and timing of my account, but when I called into Rybbon, I was immediately helped and my questions were answered.  I have so many ideas on how to use this service for gifting my customers and employees!

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Rybbon has been a growing asset within our toolkit as a global association.  It's intuitive interface makes interacting with our partners and community in even the most remote locations simple, fast and effective.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

My challenge for Rybbon will be for them to enable a feature to retract and resend a gift in one fell swoop.  Presently you will need to refund the order, and resend it- counting against your total gifts sent in a year, as well as if you have a negative balance- the need to wait for that invoice to clear.

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We send a great deal of rewards to users in varying locations.  As a global not-for-profit, international rewards are a tricky business.  Rybbon however was a very quick and effective solution to our problem- since we have signed up we have sent gifts to recipients across the world with ease.

I worked with Rybbon to distribute incentives to global participants (North America, China, India, Korea, Europe, Latin America) who completed a  Global Internet survey.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Simple to set up, easy to use, easy to distribute incentives. Very responsive customer service and good, quick training. Easy to link up with Qualtrics.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

Nothing really. My experience so far has been positive.

We used Rybbon with SurveyMonkey in order to easily reward survey respondents. The staff at Rybbon was helpful throughout the process in making sure we were set up and knew how to use Rybbon to send the rewards.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

We chose Rybbon because we could use it with SurveyMonkey to automatically reward survey respondents upon survey completion.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

Having to fund your entire campaign (of all possible respondents and their rewards) can be a large expense up front. Perhaps having a credit card on file and charging as rewards are redeemed would be another option.

Rybbon is incredibly easy to use and has increased our survey response rate by more than 80%. 

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

I wish we could send surveys through Constant Contact instead of having to send through Survey Monkey to get the full automation. 

**Recommendations to others considering BHN:**

Keep your expiration deadlines to two months or shorter so you can reclaim your unused cards faster.

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We send a lot of surveys and were dealing with extremely low response rates. Since using Rybbon, our response rates are through the roof and we are getting excellent feedback on our programs.
