The support and framework are there, sending rewards using Rybbon is simple enough

There are more modern and sleeker tools we have since moved on to, Rybbon feels a bit slow and dated compared to newer alternatives

We needed a way to send out rewards to compensate experts and it did just that for us.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

How easy it is to use, how our company gets a refund from unclaimed rewards, and how it integrates with our survey platform. Customer support is quick to respond. It also has saved so much time. We used to manually send gift cards and the time it took to do that was insane. BHN Rewards has cut our time by 3/4. I could go on and on. It's just a great tool.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

I can't really think of anything I don't like. I would, however like to see more graphic options that could be used  on the email the particpants receive. I don't care of the "package" graphic.

It is solving how much time I used to spend on sending out thousands of rewards.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

I like that I can provide a gift card to our teams globally which can be very difficult without a platform such as BHN Rewards. I can pick from a variety of cards and currencies. BHN also now allows us to scedule rewards which is very helpful when sending out lunch credits to global teams.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

Soemthing I find difficult about BHN is that I have to create a whole seperate campaign each time I send a different amount out. It would be helpful to be able to choose different amounts in the same campaign.

BHN Rewards is solving our problem on how to administer rewards and incentives globally. As a global company it can ben difficult to find a way to send gift cards across the world. This platform helps to streamline the task and allows us to send cards to everyone from one app.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

To build long-lasting relationships with customers and improve brand perception, our agency uses different strategies, and one of them is to offer incentives. BHN Rewards makes it easy to deliver and track these incentives, allows you to set an expiration time for the rewards and recover all of those that were not redeemed. This way, losses are reduced and the ROI of the campaigns is increased.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

There are few integrations with marketing and sales platforms, you have to use Zapier to expand the range of options, and it is an extra cost. I would like to see the BHN Rewards platform expand its catalog of integrations.

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a platform that is quick to implement and easy to manage. We have detailed control over the rewards delivered, and I can also customize the message that the client will receive, giving a personalized touch to each incentive. It has helped us improve the perception of brands and give consumers that little push to buy.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

We use BHN Rewards for promotional campaigns, when customers need an extra incentive to make a purchase. Also to motivate customers to leave feedback, it integrates well with SurveyMonkey and Marketo. Overall, the platform is easy to use and it is possible to track the rewards you give out.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

You can't always be giving out incentives, so their use is limited to seasons or not, everything depends on the market you are working in, I would say that is the negative side of this tool.

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have clients who are in very competitive industries and as part of our strategy to achieve sales, conversions or leads, we have integrated BHN Rewards. Logistically, it makes it easier for us to deliver incentives, which we offer in our promotional campaigns to gain clients or subscribers. In addition, this tool integrates very well with our other survey and email delivery tools.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Because BHN has so many options, it's a one stop shop for some like myself who hates shopping and browsing. You get in, you pick what you want, and send it off - everyone's happy. Simple is always better when shopping and it's hard to beat BHN for what they offer in options, simplicity of use, and aesthetic of site. Additionally, whenever I've had issues with the site, their Customer Support is super simple and doesn't feel too automated.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

Personally, I am not a huge shopper so seeing so many options is a bit draining. BUT, that is also a thing I like so that I can keep it fresh every time I use BHN Rewards.

Keeping everyone happy in a way that is quick and simple.

I love its API connection with Qualtrics. I love that we can reward survey respondents worldwide and their support is very responsive and gets back to me quickly.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

Sometimes there is a short lag time for BHN to recognize surveys created in Qualtics, as well as sometimes a short lag time for the link to Qualtrics to work.

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assisting with setting up campaigns as well as creating an account where other departments can use it and use their own budget rather than our department having to divvy up the invoice on our end.

BHN Rewards help in spreading brand awareness. It helps solve the information asymmetry problem between the buyer and the seller. It helps me to get gift cards from merchants of choice.

When launching a new marketing campaign we needed a way to incentivize folks in our target market for real industry feedback and this was an excellent way to get digital traffic in the door.

Processing and other fees along the way.

Lack of digital traffic to help us beta test a new program we  were launching. Helped us get real time user data for continuous process improvement.

Sometimes it is a bit bothersome to track down the PO I used once I get a refund.

I like how easy it is to use the software in general. Using it often wasn't difficult like some other sofwares and integrating it into a daily work flow has its benefits.

Customer support could be a bit better here. There have been some issues

Ghosting can be a big problem but giving someone an incentivie is always a great way of increasing communication.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Technically it works, and they do refund unused gift cards. I've connected lots of services to this, including Zapier, Intercom, Qualtrics all work as intended. Now these integrations require the annual

Since BHN rewards took over they've slowly made the product worse. they now require an annual subscription to use any integration. 

If you want to upgrade, they require you to "request a quote" at this point, a salesperson emails you and calls you as though you've never used the product before. 

This is a company that facilitates smooth client experience, but everything I see from BHN is that they are money hungary

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets me send one-off gift cards and gift cards to a CSV import list to a group of people in one country. I have the honor of paying 10% on top of each gift card or for a large fee (~$4k annually) I can get send these gift cards at-cost.

BHN returns unused gift cards to you after 90days, this is the one thing they do well. After sending out about $9000 in gift cards, I got $700 back from unsed cards, so a little under 10%

The reporting and tracking functions. It makes it simple for us to track sending incentives out to our respondents, we can see if the email was sent, delivered, opened, and claimed. This makes tracking payments quick and easy.

Not applicable. We are happy with all the BHN services.

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We regularly provide incentives to those who complete surveys for us. BHN is the quickest way to get those incentives paid out and also to track the status of them. Their reporting functions also enable us to have real time information on how much of our incentive budget has been spent for different projects.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

I like that it's instant rewards, and that there is a decent selection of rewards, including wildly appealing ones like Master Card and Amazon. I like that the reward catalogue can be shown through an API.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

We use Canadian Dollars, and having everything function as US Dollars causes us extra work and inaccurate budgets as by the time the funds are loaded in, the currency exchange range isn't the same.
I would also like to be able to set Master Card first in our catalogue of rewards instead of it showing up in alphabetical order.
I would like to see bilingual fields, as we are currently stuck having titles with English/French barely fitting in the character limit.

They are helping us deal with complaints from our users regarding "deffective" cards.
They helped us in whitelisting envelopes so major accounts can receive emails.

This account is great, we set it at the beginning of the year and forget it (in terms of adding a pool of money that we draw down during the year).  Great that we don't need to go get approval for every small project we need to use this for!

Can always use more choices for redemption but honestly the main ones I'd look for are all here, no complaints.

Incentives for survey respondents, we use this for a variety of projects during the year, at a variety of price points.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Our gifting needs are sporadic in terms of timing and quantity. Having the automation set up makes it super easy for our employees to trigger the request and for us to approve and pay as we go. Overall, we are very pleased with this option as we were "too small" for a number of the other gifting services and the fact that integrates so nicely with HubSpot is the cherry on top.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

Their sales cycle was a little odd in that I created our account and started using it when a team member reached out to do a call (which I thought was to highlight additional features) but it was the initial sales call. We figured this out in about 10 minutes but it was still awkward. There could also be additional clarity on using a credit card for each payment versus setting up a bank account to hold a set amount of funds (on their books) to draw down from.

As a recruiting and HR consulting firm, we were struggling to find an option that would allow us to send congratulations and thank you gift cards to the individuals we work with on an as-needed basis.

A simple and easy-to-use platform for gift cards and incentives. Our sales team uses gift cards to increase sales pitches/meeting show rates and to help close more deals.

It would be great if there were a text option to be able to send gift cards out to prospective clients and leads.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

BHN Rewards make it so easy to send out gift cards! The ability to select multiple retailers for the recipient to chose from ensures that the recipient is happy. Capabilities such as notifications if emails bounce, seeing if the reward has been accepted, and sending reminder emails are so helpful on this platform. Using BHN Rewards has made sending and tracking gift cards much easier!

There was a switch in ownership from Rybbon to BHN Rewards which was a bit confused, but it is all cleared up now!

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Our association hosts multiple events/webinars every year. During Covid, we pivoted to all virtual. We found Rybbon to be the perfect solution for attendee rewards and sponsorship incentives.  The ability to offer choices for gift rewards made it an even better program! The platform is super easy to navigate and truly, Rybbon does all the work! We appreciate the invoice summaries and the fact that we are credited with any unused gift card amounts. I cannot say enough good things about Rybbon!

There were a few challenges we encountered early on, however, Rybbon asked for feedback and they were very responsive to upgrade or make changes that made the program even easier to use.

Easy to use, train and onboard users, manage multiple rewards programs, set budgets and other controls, ability to claim unused funds, and reasonable platform cost.

Mobile friendly option would be helpful for sales staff on the road to easily monitor budget and track recipients.

We provide rewards for customer acquisition and retention, and our previous vendor had no analytics or controls to measure our rewards programs' effectiveness.

Rybbon is easy to use, has plenty of options, and helps us deliver significant value to our clients.

There is nothing that I dislike about Rybbon.  This has been a time saver and value-add for our clients.

Rybbon has saved a considerable amount of time in the administration of survey incentives.  We have also delivered significant value to our clients by using the Global Smart Choice option.  This allows the recipient to select a gift card of their choice (or a non-profit donation of choice), customized depending on recipient location.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

The best part of Rybbon is definitely that all unclaimed returns are transferred back to our account after a pre-determined amount of time (that we get to decide). This saves us money in the medium- to long-term, and we can't ask for more than that.
The selection of virtual rewards is wide, and the international rewards are exactly what we need for our respondents.
The customer service team is responsive and very helpful.

There is a delay in processing payment from Rybbon's side. This results in a lag for us, and it makes it difficult to launch surveys (and their corresponding rewards) quickly.

The ease of use is probably what I like best about Rybbon. The platform is clean, easy to use and affective for sending any type of gift card. We have evaulated other platforms but the mixture of Rybbons cost + ease of use was unmatched.

The one thing I have noticed is that sometimes when you send a gift card to someone, the card ends up in their spam or they have trouble accepting it. Not sure if that's a Rybbon issue or an email issue on my end.

The best thing about Rybbon is the ability to let customers choose their reward in their local currency. That way, you can run campaigns without a concern of whether the customer will be able to use the gift card or not.

As far as I know, the tool doesn't integrate with Salesforce. At the moment, I upload the results of each campaign (claims of gift cards) manually as a direct mail campaign.

Rybbon makes iot easy to create a campaign, it has many choices of gift cards available, and that we can send gift cards internationally.

Making a payment sometimes takes too long to show up on the account to be available to use, and the fact that it is difficult to call someone if there's an issue. No instant help desk messaging.

During Covid, many of our customers have been working from home, so it is easy to send appreciation gifts. Our company has a remote work situation so sending staff gifts is more manageable and cost-effective with Rybbon.

Great customer service. Offers global rewards available in the local currency. I also thought it was nice they included donations as options recipients could choose from. It is also nice that it is integrated with Qualtrics.

Only downside I would say is that it doesn't have mobile compatibility when setting up or checking your campaigns. You have to use your desktop for everything.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Rybbon helps us incentivize respondents for our research studies. I really like how it allows us to incentivize with a large number of gift cards or even donations to organizations. There are so many options that can cater to the interests and desires of a lot of different people that might participate in research studies. It also allows us to do this across geographic locations.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

There is a feature that allows you to ask the recipient to select their geographic location, and it then populates all of the options in that geographic location. That's great. However, for some reason, my team was instructed (and I should probably figure out why) to only keep one campaign to one geo, which means I actually have to manually select the incentive options one-by-one. In some locations, that's a heck of a lot of selections to check. I wish there was an option to just select all that apply and then I could manually remove options that I didn't want to include. That would really save a ton of time.

**Recommendations to others considering BHN:**

Understand what you're paying for and what the subscription entails. The number of options is great, but I'm not sure of the overhead fees or the cost to get on the platform versus other similar platforms/services.

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rybbon allows us to automate our incentives distribution. Instead of manually purchasing one gift card or incentive type to distribute, it allows respondents to select an incentive that they want. That helps us to attract more respondents, as they have the opportunity to select something that they want for their time.

Rybbon ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. From customer service teams to the platform itself, I'm consistently impressed with this tool. I recommend it to all of my clients, and in fact, also use it myself.

Very little not to love. The only issue I had was troubleshooting an integration. The teams aren't super knowledgeable in the other side of integrations which could be a bit challenging.

The best part of Rybbon is how easy it is to link with our preferred survey platform and track the incentive distribution process. It's also extremely helpful that unclaimed rewards can be managed so that we can save money.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

I haven't experienced many issues, so I can't really list any dislikes at the current time. I suppose integration could be a bit more streamlined. We've had some minor issues with survey respondents getting errors in the transition from the survey to Rybbon, which has led to re-distributing of incentives, but it wasn't on a large scale.

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a much simpler and easier to manage process to distribute digital incentives to survey respondents. Being able to offer digital incentives saves us time by not needing to distribute physical ones.

It is very very easy to reload additional funds, create new links for respondent incentives and select which options we want them to be able to choose from.  Also appreciate that we aren't charged for the incentives if the expiration date passes since we know some people won't open the award email even if they took the survey!

I haven't had issues yet, but our account was already set up so I can't speak to that experience

Haven't had any issues with yet.  The benefits are that this is an easy way to generate prizes or incentives for surveys that we field in-house.  I also like the variety of options that they have to choose from and that there are international capabilities.

**What do you like best about BHN?**

Rybbon has all we need--and none of the complicated and unnecessary extras--to reward our survey participants. It saves us countless hours we would otherwise need to spend on mailings and documentation otherwise.  The variety of reward choices keeps everyone happy, and the filters on the interface help us make sure each and every person is compensated in a timely manner.  It works like magic, and it even updates our qualtrics database in real time with each person's Rybbon status.  When we have questions, the support team is very responsive and clear, even sending very helpful demonstration video clips in some cases.  Every action is conveniently logged, and internal troubleshooting is a breeze.  For example, we can now easily correct email typos or re-send reward emails with one click.

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

They no longer allow a pre-loaded contact list for Qualtrics-linked campaigns, so we have had to play it safe and manually approve all rewards (without an option to auto-approve by comparing against the existing list).

**What problems is BHN solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are distributing an online survey via Qualtrics to over 2,000 participants, and without Rybbon we would have needed to purchase, document, and mail physical gift cards to all of those people.  Using Rybbon is just infinitely more flexible and efficient.  The participants also appreciate receiving their survey incentive within minutes of completing the survey, as they would with a traditional in-person interview.

The software is user-friendly and easy to learn. Questionnaire respondents are able to get their rewards easily. Tech support is fast, friendly, efficient, and caring. Very nicely done!

**What do you dislike about BHN?**

Most people in our surveys prefer to get VISA rewards due to the fact that they are in isolated or semi-isolated communities. These are a bit more difficult to set up because of the paperwork required. Being able to offer more credit card-type rewards would work best in our situation.

We are able to provide rewards to respondents without having to travel to the communities carrying cash or prepaid cards. This is much more secure for our staff and ensures the reward goes to the person it was intended for.
