We have been an RXPhoto customer for over three years, and unfortunately our experience at the end of our relationship has completely overshadowed the years we spent using the platform. We reached out simply to inquire about the cancellation process and what would be required when we were ready to transition to another system. We never formally confirmed that we wanted to cancel our account, yet our account was deactivated before we had authorized cancellation. What made the situation even worse was losing access to our account without first receiving our data or being given a reasonable opportunity to export years of patient photos and records. For a company that serves medical and aesthetic practices, this was incredibly disappointing. When we attempted to resolve the issue, we worked with Andrew Corrigan from the Customer Success Team and later with his manager, Josh Blanc. Rather than working with us to find a practical solution, they maintained that the only way to regain access was to sign a new six-month agreement—even though we explained that we only needed approximately 60 days to complete our transition to another platform. What was most frustrating was not simply the outcome, but the overall customer experience. As a customer of more than three years, we expected professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to work toward a reasonable resolution. Instead, our concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and we were left feeling that our long-standing business was not valued. We rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective customers should understand that if you ever decide to leave the platform, you may not receive the same level of support that you expected as a loyal client. I sincerely hope RXPhoto leadership reviews its offboarding process and how long-term customers are treated. A little flexibility and better communication could have prevented this entire experience. User friendly and our patients love the videos and before and after feature. Our doctors love the fact that we can either do a quick search by name for photos or by category. The doctors perform 90% breast reconstruction procedures so having the ease of before and after photos right away is wonderful.
