Ruvna Reviews & Product Details

Ruvna is a K-12 school safety and emergency management platform built for independent and private schools. Our software-only solution includes four core modules that schools can deploy individually or together based on their needs. Accountability is Ruvna's emergency management tool — giving staff a real-time headcount of every student, staff member, and visitor on campus during drills and emergencies, with rosters synced directly from your SIS. Visitor Management is included with Accountability at no additional cost, ensuring complete campus-wide accountability from a single platform. For schools that need faster emergency response, Ruvna 911 Connect automatically alerts first responders the moment an emergency event is initiated. Attendance streamlines daily student arrival and dismissal tracking through digital IDs, GPS check-in, and faculty-assisted options — eliminating morning chaos and manual data entry for staff. Announcements delivers rapid mass notifications across multiple channels so schools can reach their entire community when it matters most. Ruvna's safety-first approach means schools always know who is on campus, who is safe, and who needs help — whether it's a routine morning or an active emergency. Every child deserves to be accounted for. Ruvna makes sure they always are.
