The Rubie team’s availability whenever we need them has been incredible - that's where they really deliver. **What do you dislike about Rubie?** So far, we haven’t come across any downsides. Even when something hasn’t worked the way we originally envisioned, the Rubie team has worked tirelessly to make it right and ensure we’re taken care of. Shoutout to Safwaan & Maansi—they’re incredible! **What problems is Rubie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data migration used to be a complex, time-consuming part of our customer onboarding. Now that we have Rubie, we’ve shifted away from a time-intensive, human-driven process and can leverage our people in different ways, while letting Rubie bring speed and consistency to data mapping. Rubie automatically surfaces the schema variations, inconsistencies, and errors, and allows us to move faster during our implementation. **What do you dislike about Rubie?** Not much, honestly. They’re very responsive when there are any issue with the platform which don’t really happen that often. **What problems is Rubie solving and how is that benefiting you?** Without the limitation of SFTP transfers, we were able to accelerate growth and support 20x different SIS platforms. The compatibility with different platforms is no longer a blocker for sales.
