Rooted Reviews & Product Details

Rooted is the operating system for co-living and shared-housing operators, including sober living and recovery residence operators. It replaces the spreadsheets, group texts, and paper binders most small operators run on with one platform built for how shared homes actually work. Fill open beds. Every operator can list their home on the Rooted marketplace for free. Case managers and referral partners send client referrals through Rooted, and unclaimed referrals go into a shared pool that operators can pick up, so open beds get in front of the people placing residents. Run the home. Rooted keeps residents, beds, agreements, and house operations in one place. Operators keep their own contracts and house rules, and Rooted handles the routine follow-ups that usually fall through the cracks. Get paid. Rooted collects resident payments online, so operators spend less time chasing rent. Built for small operators. Setup takes about 15 minutes, with no long implementation and no IT team required. Accounts are protected with required two-factor authentication. Built by an operator. Our founder grew up going to classes alongside his grandmother, who ran sober living homes, then spent ten years in new-home sales before opening his own home in Corona, California. Filling beds and managing the house turned out to be the hardest part, so he built the system he wished he'd had. Pricing is simple and per home, so Rooted scales from a single house to a growing portfolio without long-term enterprise contracts. Who it's for: independent co-living, sober living, and shared-housing operators running one home or a growing portfolio, plus the case managers and referral partners who place residents with them.
