Rooted is the operating system for co-living and shared-housing operators, including sober living and recovery residence operators. It replaces the spreadsheets, group texts, and paper binders most small operators run on with one platform built for how shared homes actually work. Fill open beds. Every operator can list their home on the Rooted marketplace for free. Case managers and referral partners send client referrals through Rooted, and unclaimed referrals go into a shared pool that operators can pick up, so open beds get in front of the people placing residents. Run the home. Rooted keeps residents, beds, agreements, and house operations in one place. Operators keep their own contracts and house rules, and Rooted handles the routine follow-ups that usually fall through the cracks. Get paid.
