Once can easily use it via their online portal which includes an easy-to-use booking calendar. **What do you dislike about Roomsy?** If Roomsy can provide an extended trial period of like 1 month instead of the usual 14 days. It would be really great. For now, the lesser trial version days for new users is something which i don't like personally. **What problems is Roomsy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roomsy is taking all the pain of the property management from the users with their enhanced features in the software like including an easy-to-use booking calendar, online booking engine, housekeeping tools, room management, employee management and online review management tools. ### 2. It's customer service is also top notch to boot. It has a comprehensive set of features and in my opinion far ahead of the competition. **What do you dislike about Roomsy?** It's actually very difficult to find a genuine flaw with this product, however the only thing that I have come across till now is "No Availability Calendar" which is usually standard. **What problems is Roomsy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping people book and stay in rooms via an online platform with comprehensive research to help backup the suggestions. It helps people if they haven't been to that place or city before. ### 3.
