**What do you like best about Roofr?**

I love how Roofr has grown from just a measurement tool to a full-featured platform. The automations, integrations (especially with CompanyCam), accurate and affordable measurement reports, and the ability to track actual costs and margins have been game changers for my business. Having all project data and photos in one place, plus flexible proposal and contract management, really saves time and streamlines my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

A QuickBooks integration is still missing, which would really help streamline financials. Entering supplier names and expenses could be more user-friendly—I'd love dropdowns that remember suppliers and let me organize them. Some features, like tracking labor and expenses, require manual workarounds or lots of time to reconfigure as the platform evolves. The texting feature could be improved to let me use my company number instead of a separate one.

**What do you like best about Roofr?**

I really appreciate how Roofr has streamlined our workflow, especially with invoices, proposals, and measurements all in one place. The integration with Gmail for client communication is super convenient, and the ability to see everything on a Kanban board makes managing leads and projects much easier. The email templates look professional and help build client trust, and the ability to send estimates remotely based on reliable measurements has been a game changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

There are some limitations that could be improved. The restriction on the number of images we can upload to the file manager is frustrating and breaks the workflow, especially since we rely on photos for project management. Also, some features like automations and SMS are only available on higher plans, which are a bit expensive for our small company. The integration with SRS for material orders is also not working as smoothly as expected.

**What problems is Roofr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Roofr solves the biggest time and coordination problems in roofing — accurate measurements, fast proposals, and clear client tracking.
Instead of juggling separate tools, I can handle everything from the client’s address to a signed proposal in one place. Once I have the address, I can generate measurements, create a branded proposal, and send invoices and emails within minutes. It keeps my sprint line moving smoothly and lets me focus on managing the project, not the paperwork.

**What do you like best about Roofr?**

It’s ease of use and access to live support. Roofr is a user friendly web based CRM platform that allows users to enter in almost all key information about clients. Based on the roofing industry standards for file management and automation, Roofr allows you to cater the fields to how you run your business. When I’ve had a hiccup, the support AI has been able to help most of my problems, and if not, the technical team has been very responsive and helpful. 
We feel that Roofr is meeting all of our needs, and the ones that aren’t met yet, are in Beta or on the horizon for future rollouts. We also like that you can have unlimited users for all the same price. Some of the features we haven’t used yet are the Instant Estimator, and we look forward to utilizing that very soon. We currently have a very good problem of not having to use the Instant Estimator to generate leads. But I’m sure that time will come.

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

Sometimes the beta programs have glitches, and we might be down for a day.

**What do you like best about Roofr?**

I like how the platform takes you from the initial lead, through measurements, proposals, ordering materials and invoicing all in one streamlined system.  The staff at Roofr is also extraordinarily helpful, listens, answers questions and they are open to suggestions for their roadmap as well as constantly working to add new features.  Really could not be happier.

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

As with any new system, it has to be used.  I resisted the change from a very basic contracting tool I was using, but once I committed to working my leads in the system, it has been a whole new ballgame with my clients.

Tracking leads and follow ups, automation and ordering materials  right from my measurement reports.

**What do you like best about Roofr?**

I really appreciate how Roofer streamlines everything for my roofing business. The ease of access and workflow is huge for me—no more jumping between different sections just to get things done. The speed of getting roof measurement reports within two hours helps me move quickly from lead to proposal, and having everything integrated in one place makes my process much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

The main thing I wish was better is the photo uploading on mobile. Right now, you can only take and upload one photo at a time, which forces me to use my phone’s camera separately and then upload the pictures later. It would be a big improvement if I could snap multiple photos at once and upload them together directly in the app.

The onboarding process has been a huge help. No more guessing your way through the setup process.

Roofr’s new SRS real-time pricing integration lets contractors see live material prices, colors, and inventory directly inside Roofr.
It also allows one-click ordering from SRS, making the workflow from estimate to material purchase much faster and simpler.

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

Mainly the user interface need to be even user friendly for contractors, and more materials option need to be included.

The Roofr measurement is free for generating a detailed report on roof measurements with 24 hours and accuracy. The roofr measurements help during natural disaster the measurements can be generated quickly for all the houses.

This software is still developing and hasn't yet reached the level of integration offered by some other CRMs. However, I have noticed that they are making continuous improvements.

It keeps track of my jobs and clients, storing all relevant records and data. It also helps remind me of upcoming tasks, ensuring I stay organized. Additionally, it maintains a history of my completed jobs for future reference.

**What do you like best about Roofr?**

Used Roofr in a manner I had never seen done before. I am a partner in a roofing company that is totally separate from my consulting. The roofing company uses Roofr for residential work daily, so this was my test for my consulting work. I am more than happy and I will never do takeoffs manually again. 
 
Additionally, I will discuss with the powers that be to use your service for all upcoming commercial projects such as this.

**What do you like best about Roofr?**

We have tried multiple different CRM's but each required us to use other programs to complete the steps for each job. Roofr has incorporated most of those into just one software! It's easy to set up and simple to use in the field or office. We are able to order measurements and write proposals with multiple options to choose from. Customer support is quick to get back with you if they don't have an answer right then. They have great people willing to help!

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

The only downsides to roofr are there is no weather tracking and we wish there was a way to break down the teams. Fortunately they are working on the teams option now!

We were having to use multiple CRMs to write estimates and present them and now it's all in one place!

**What do you like best about Roofr?**

This review is truly a honest review, and I have not been given any incentives to write this review. I cannot express how much I love this software! I've been using it for about a year and run my own roofing company, and I would say easily double my business. All the features they have with follow ups, the professionalism of the proposals, and the texting features are phenomenal! I would recommend this to anyone in the Roofing industry. The reports are very accurate and well priced as well.

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

There isn't much I have to say about dislikes of Roofr. Some of their features could have a bit more to them, like the automation, instead of having the entire first and last name of the customer it would be nice to customize it so it's only the first name. Small things like this where they don't allow you to edit it, it has to be their template or maybe slight things I dislike, but 99.9% of everything else is great. I would highly recommend them.

It is help me to be significantly more organized, making my follow up process, effortless, and making my proposals look significantly more professional along with giving me well priced measurements for all my roofs I do.

**What do you like best about Roofr?**

The job card makes every stage of the job easy to see and easy to access. The measurements tool is simple and easy to use, at least on a desktop. The layout is clean and quite streamlined. I love that you can access documents either through the job card, or through its respective document section, such as invoices or proposals. I love that they have masterclasses and Roofr academy videos in the works. They're always there to answer questions or take suggestions, and they are constantly working to make their platform even better. I love that I can reach out to customers and leave notes for my team and everything is communicated very clearly and efficiently as long as we utilize the tools provided. I love that the platform integrates with other platforms we already use and they're working on even more integrations.

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

At first the only resource I thought I had to ask questions was my account manager, but they quickly informed me about the support team and the implementation specialists and that was straightened out quickly. Sometimes when I exit out of a form, it brings me back to the main job page instead of the job card I began working on so then I have to search for the job I was working on again, but I think that is a kink getting worked out.

Roofr has knowledgeable and exceedingly friendly customer support technicians who answer every question to the best of their ability. The product itself is easy to use and reports arrive fairly quickly. Measurements are usually pretty comparable to competitor software too.

Nothing in particular, I miss when reports were $10 but I understand everything has increased in price.

Occasionally, Roofr is unable to get measurements or pitch that other companies are able to get me. It's okay though, the pricing, efficiency & support offered more than make up for those few occasions.

The cost for premium monthly options doesn't have much incentive. We are happy with buying reports on a need basis.

The information provided is accurate, timely, and provides exactly what we need. Most importantly, when there is an issue (which is usually because of an error made by us) the Roofr team is extremely responsive, and the responses are provided in a very timely matter, even if the request is made on holidays.

I have not experienced any issues that were not the result of user error.

Ease of use. Automatic estimating material list and measurements. Also like the boards to see where we are in production. Peopl actually answer the phone when you call. No commitment and affordable to the blue collar operation who is scaling and learning a crm. It’s just rad and saves time.

No app yet. It’s more on my end not utilizing everything yet. I need to set up the material list auto population. So we can save time measuring and typing up material list.

**What do you like best about Roofr?**

The customer service and the people behind Roofr are what makes this software great. I also love that I can basically live in Roofr all day and run most of my company from one software. It's extremely user friendly and the onboarding of new members goes very quickly. Even if someone isn't overly comfortable with tech, they can implement Roofr easily. I use it every day, multiple hours a day and so does my team. My admin basically has the tab open the entire day.

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

We need the QuickBooks integration ASAP. We also need the ability to track commission by rates so we can easily run commission reports. i.e., self-gen leads get 10% of gross revenue if over a certain profit margin.

**What problems is Roofr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I selected Roofr as our software of choice when I first started the company 18 months ago. At that time, I had a very specific need. I needed to be able to create proposals based on measurements. I was previously a salesperson before starting my company and the number 1 problem I had was time. Roofr saved me literal hours every single day when I first started my company. If I had to use a clunkier software that didn't have the measurements-to-proposal integration, I don't think I would have been able to scale to $3M in 18 months with 7 full time employees. Proposal writing, measurements, contract signing, invoicing, payments, comms automations...there's very little Roofr doesn't do for us right now.

Their speed of customer service and layout of website and it was easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

Some features were difficult to find at first but that was my fault for skimming instead of reading. Tech support helped a lot and was very fast to come to the rescue.

It allows us to track jobs, expenses, invoices, all under one roof. The best feature is the roof estimation tool.

I can get roof reports for big roofs that take forever to measure by hand within 2 or 3 hours.

One of the best things about Roofr is how easy it is to measure and build a proposal.  Our team members can measure, create a proposal and send it to the customer in a matter of minutes.

**What do you like best about Roofr?**

Roofr makes the whole roofing process easy. From getting a lead from a QR code and an instant estimate, to automated reviews once finished this software has it ALLL. The constant updates and enhancements continue to refine the roofing needs and make our business stand above the rest. I really like how impressive the proposals are; the integrated measurements; the entire package is cost efective for a newish roofing company and roofr will continue to be my goto for years to come. Their team is impressive and attentive to our questions and needs. Being in the industry for many years, I've used other roofing crms and I really love the interface and everday ease of use of Roofr. The automations are great, and continue to get better. I hope the secret of roofr doesn't get out because I love having this advantage!

**What do you dislike about Roofr?**

Most of my biggest complaints have been resolved or are in beta and will be released soon. Some additional suggestions: Job numbers and custom fields under the job view and in the proposal options (colors, shingle/tile/metal/etc), I honestly cannot complain, because anything I've brought up to them they are working on or are considering adding. I wish I could complain about support, but even with Support, someone always gets back to me quickly.

Roofr is the liveblood of our business. It holds ALL information about our project status, our homeowners, and our financials.

Roofr all around is an amazing company. From their product offerings, fulfillment and especially their customer experience (They have a dedicated channel to review customer feedback to consistently ensure their clients are heard and can be considered for potential iterations... WOW)  They are an affordable solution, but you would not guess that by the results their products generate. My name is Michael Stearns and I am the founder of Ascend Digital Agency. If you're a contractor looking to partner with a company that truly cares, lol no further than the team at Roofr!

I love that Roofr has to introduce itself a few times a year to the marketplace again. The constant improvements and feedback are taken into account and applied to the application.

Really cannot wait for the insurance fields to be built out it really holds well for retail but needs work for insurance work.

Fragmentation.  With many salespeople and staff, the logistics of our industry become very convoluted and not easily managed.  Roofr remedies that issue.
