## About Artemis
Artemis is a unified platform for energy and roofing companies that brings design, sales, financing, and operations into a single system. Teams use Artemis to go from an address to a fully priced, lender-approved proposal in seconds, whether the job is a energy or roof project. The platform was built by the founders of Monalee, who created it to fix the problems they ran into running their own installs: too many tools, too many handoffs, and too much time between first contact and signed contract. That experience shaped a product focused on speed and accuracy at every stage. On the design side, Artemis uses AI to analyze roof geometry, obstructions, setbacks, shading, and irradiance, then generates a complete system layout or roofing scope automatically. An advanced editor lets sales reps and designers make adjustments on the fly, no technical experience required. Reps can reposition panels, swap materials, update measurements, and see pricing reflect changes in real time, all within the same tool they use to present and close. On the sales side, reps can present proposals in person or over video with live adjustments to equipment, materials, and pricing. An embeddable quote widget lets companies turn their website into a lead capture tool that matches their brand and delivers instant estimates to homeowners. On the financing side, Artemis presents loan, TPO, cash, and insurance options in a single view with side-by-side comparisons. Soft credit checks run without impacting the customer's score, so financing conversations happen on the first visit instead of the third. On the operations side, Artemis includes a built-in CRM that lets companies manage projects through every stage of their pipeline, from lead to install. For teams that already use Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs, the platform integrates directly via API and syncs with marketing tools, operational dashboards, and fulfillment and permitting workflows. Artemis is built for sales and operations leaders at energy and roofing companies who are tired of stitching together disconnected tools and losing deals to slow processes. It replaces the stack, cuts costs by up to 75 percent, and gives teams a way to close on the first visit.

## Artemis Reviews
 ### 1. Transforms Solar Design with AI Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maite G. | Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

What I like most about Artemis is how it leverages AI to automatically map out solar panel layouts and identify the best placement for each project. It significantly reduces the amount of manual work that goes into creating proposals, which saves our team a considerable amount of time and allows us to focus on other important aspects of the sales process. The platform is very intuitive, and the onboarding experience was seamless. Everything was easy to navigate and self-explanatory, so we were able to get up and running quickly without a steep learning curve. Overall, Artemis has made proposal generation faster, more efficient, and much more streamlined for our workflow.

Incentivized review.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

After using Artemis regularly, the only real downside I've noticed is that the platform can occasionally be slow to respond when working on more complex projects or generating designs. There are moments where pages take a little longer to load than expected, and some actions require a brief wait before updates appear. It's not frequent enough to impact our overall experience, but improving performance would make the workflow even smoother. Aside from that, the software has been extremely useful for streamlining solar layouts, speeding up proposal creation, and reducing the amount of manual work required from our team.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis helps solve the time-consuming process of creating solar layouts and proposals. Instead of manually mapping roofs and determining panel placement, the AI handles much of that work automatically, which significantly speeds up the design process. This has helped our team generate proposals faster, improve efficiency, and spend more time engaging with customers rather than working through repetitive design tasks. The result is a smoother workflow and quicker turnaround times from initial inquiry to proposal delivery.

 ### 2. Efficient All-in-One Roofing and Solar Solution, Needs Minor Accuracy Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio E. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I like that Artemis provides a fully integrated roofing and solar software along with financing, making things much more efficient compared to before when we had to manually input tons of data. It saves us a lot of time and effort in preparing roofing and solar proposals by eliminating the need to access a separate financer’s website, which used to take us about 45 minutes to an hour to create a roofing quote. I also appreciate being able to provide customer feedback and relations on the spot, instead of having to revisit a client’s home weeks later. The integration with financing is a major benefit, as it allows for easy toggling of features, like adding batteries, and helps homeowners see the results instantaneously, deciding what they need in real-time.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

The roofing measurements were not very accurate with the AI feature. In demos, the measurements came back incorrect or weren't accurate, which can cause big material problems on the job day. Although the measurements are cheap with Artemis, they need some improvement to be a little more accurate.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Artemis for inputting all information and pulling roofing measurements to create quotes quickly. It's improved our one-stop closing model and enhances customer feedback by providing quotes on the spot, while integrating financing seamlessly.

 ### 3. Transforms Roofing Quoting with Speed and Precision. Incentivized review.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heneli B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I like the efficiency and speed of Artemis. It gives an aerial view of the houses I'm giving quotes to and provides square footages and measurements without needing to climb up on the roof, which is very convenient. Additionally, it provides the prices of the roof and creates the quote and presentation for me. I also find it handy that when you put in a quote or a measurement for a roof, the system initially tells you it's 60% accurate, and then your team can adjust it to make it 100% accurate. The initial setup was very easy, and these features have been really useful for my roofing company.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I think I wish you guys had an app for easier more convenient access

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis gives me an aerial view of homes I quote for, calculates square footage and measurements without needing to go on roofs, provides roof prices, and creates quotes and presentations, enhancing efficiency and speed.

 ### 4. Artemis Streamlines Our CRM with Easy Customization and AI Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh S. | Customer Care Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I love the options that Artemis has available for customization and the ease of use of the program. I love the way that it has been integrated into our CRM to help streamline our processes and give us the results that we are needing in a timely manner. I also want to say that the AI integration has helped give us an insight into some expedited process for the AI to work with us with minimal checking. Incentivised review.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I don't really have anything I dislike, the program works just like I intend and have run into very little issues.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving a bandwidth issue, I feel like we continuously get backed up and can never stay caught up, but with the help of Artemis, it frees up time and allows us to complete more than we previously have had an opportunity to.

 ### 5. Artemis Centralizes Our Solar Workflow with Clear, Fast Project Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana T. | Solar Project Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

What I like most about Artemis is how it centralizes every part of our solar development workflow into one platform. It has significantly improved the speed and consistency of our project management process by giving our team clear visibility into permitting, design progress, interconnection status, and installer coordination all in one place. One of the features we rely on most is the centralized project tracking dashboard, which eliminates the need to jump between spreadsheets, emails, and separate tools just to track project milestones and updates.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

One area where Artemis could improve is overall system speed and responsiveness when managing larger project pipelines or loading detailed project records. There are times when certain pages take longer than expected to refresh, especially when multiple team members are updating project information simultaneously. It would also be helpful to have more customization options for reporting and dashboard views so different teams can tailor the platform more closely to their workflows.
Overall, the platform has been very valuable for our operations, and these are more opportunities for refinement rather than major issues. This is an incentivized review, but the feedback reflects our real experience using Artemis in day-to-day solar project management.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits has been improved coordination between departments. Since everyone is working from the same system, communication is more streamlined and there’s less confusion around project updates or document versions. Artemis has ultimately helped us manage projects more consistently, save time on administrative tasks, and scale operations more effectively.

 ### 6. I have enjoyed the tool thus far - Incentivized review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monty C. | VP of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

The process is smooth, and the flow from one step to the next is self-explanatory and feels natural. It works really nicely for us.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I wish I had more control over the design. What’s available is good, but the experience still feels a little clunky. The AI setup is great, but like many AI-driven designs, it doesn’t always fit as many panels as you can when you place them manually on the roof. After spending some time with the tool, it does start to feel fairly smooth overall, but with a few user-experience tweaks it would feel much better.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The convenience of having the proposal, financing, and contract signing all in one experience is really nice. It keeps everything streamlined and supports a smooth training process from start to finish.

 ### 7. Streamlined Workflow with Excellent Support and Improved Accuracy in the Field!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really appreciate how Artemis has genuinely streamlined how we manage our workflow, track leads, and stay organized. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to present a product to a client. . It's been a great tool for maximizing efficiency and holding ourselves accountable. Plus, the way it displays customer information to the customer is awesome. Also, the customer service is excellent, always good on their replies and answering our questions. Overall, Artemis is comprehensive and allows us to do much with roofing solar designs and customer-facing tools that are very intuitive

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

At times I’ve had some personal issues with creating designs, but the Customer service made it so simple to work through! That’s a rarity.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis helps us move through our pipeline efficiently. It streamlines our presentations with customer facing tools that are helpful. The intuitive interface helps us stay on track and accountable, maximizing our efficiency.

 ### 8. Efficient Design Tool with Room for AI Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy D. | Line Cook, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I find Artemis really easy to use, especially for designing solar systems. It simplifies my work by allowing me to give basic commands, and it executes them on my designs, making the process much easier. I like the ease of use and the design matching feature. The max fitting on the system is also impressive. Artemis performs well as an AI compared to others, making it a lot easier to work on the fly with less downtime and helping me get the job done faster.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Yeah. I guess, I mean it misinterprets some commands. It's a language model. Right? So, it doesn't always understand the way you would type which means you have to learn how to type to give it the correct prompts.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Artemis for designing solar systems. It makes it really easy by letting me give basic commands that execute on my designs, simplifying the process and speeding up the work.

 ### 9. Fast, Easy Roof Calculations make Accurate Production Estimates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharma S. | solar consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

Roof pitch and azimuth are calculated so fast and easily, I feel confident that the production estimate on my designs comes out very accurate.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I would say that the split loans are not useful in the way we are selling here. The split option was stuck one time and I had to select other options than Goodleap very intentionally to get the Participate options. And still the 70% of the price isn't shown until we get to the contract stage. I'd like to see it applied right on the proposal.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is storing the monthly KWh numbers and can make it easy to come back later and make ajustments.

 ### 10. Efficient Solar Sales Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I like that Artemis automatically tells me the production of the panels and provides the exact price of everything right there in the app. It's pretty helpful. The pricing features are really good, allowing me to know exactly what everything's going to cost. If I need to make quick changes, it prices it out automatically, which is super nice. The fact that other apps take a long time to process this makes Artemis's immediate calculations very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I feel like the design feature could be better. It makes an automatic design for where the panels will go, and they're not very good typically. Placing the panels can be clunky and deleting the panels can be clunky. Fixing the design tool to either give a good design or not give one at first so I don't have to go and delete the whole automated design and then go back and put all the panels where I need to. If there's just a way to either have a better automatic sign or not have anything there, and then I can just go and add stuff where I need it. Would be helpful.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Artemis for creating designs for potential solar customers. It automatically tells me the panel production and exact pricing, making adjustments quick and easy, which is super helpful. The pricing features allow me to know exactly what costs will be.

 ### 11. Quick Setup, but Falls Short on AI Design Capabilities

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** drew b. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I like how quick Artemis is. As soon as I put the address and the kilowatt hour usage in, it immediately made the design and completed it. It was cool because I didn't have to do much else, which is valuable when I'm at home with customers because it helps avoid dead time.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I premade the same design in Aurora, and Artemis fit a lot less panels than Aurora did with their AI design, which was not okay. So then I had to go into the design software, and it was kinda clunky. I mean, Aurora's is too, but it was complicated and you have to click the right buttons and learn how to use it, which is kind of annoying.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Artemis for solar design software, and it quickly generates designs by just inputting the address and kilowatt hour usage, which is great when I’m with customers because it avoids dead time.

 ### 12. Fast, Clean Solar Proposals That Build Customer Trust

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana Laura T. | Solar Project Developer for Connect Tree Solar, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

What I like most about Artemis is that it makes the sales side of solar way faster and cleaner. A few things stand out:
1. Fast proposal generation
2. Clean visuals for customers
3. Professional credibility
When a homeowner sees a detailed proposal with production estimates and visuals, it makes the installer look much more legitimate than a simple quote.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Nothing much but some data feels unnecessary for homeowners.
Certain charts and technical metrics are useful for installers but don’t mean much to homeowners. In those cases the sales rep still has to simplify the explanation. But nothing else!

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really love how it reduces the time to create proposals!!!!

Problem:
Building a solar proposal used to require multiple steps—system sizing, production estimates, savings calculations, and designing the presentation.

Benefit:
Artemis automates much of that. You can generate a complete proposal in minutes, which lets you:
respond to customers faster
send more proposals in a day
focus more on sales instead of calculations
Its so great to use!

 ### 13. Super Simple Setup, Streamlined Solar Proposals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kody D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really appreciate Artemis for its streamlined, accurate, and simple approach. The ease of use stands out for me, especially since the proposals are not required to be hand-built. They come completed, and I can adjust them if necessary. Setting up Artemis was super simple and fast, allowing us to get right on track without any hassle. I value how accurate it is, particularly since we switched from Aurora to Artemis. Incentivized review

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Nothing to dislike, it does its job as it should, everything is built in and accurate

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis streamlines the solar proposal process, making it accurate and easy to use. It generates proposals automatically, which I can adjust if needed. The setup was super simple and fast, getting us right on track.

 ### 14. Empowered Solar Design with Artemis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris Lynx R. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I appreciate that Artemis performs most of the manual input, which is a huge time-saver for me when designing residential solar proposals. I like that it offers more ways to control the entire process of placing solar on people's roofs. Although the initial setup was a bit more complex and technical, after designing a few projects, I found that I like it more than our old proposal tools. It's super easy and fast to manually place panels where needed, which is really useful for maximizing roof space.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I find the AI original design a bit limiting since in Utah we don't design much with setbacks. It'd be great if we could preset the setbacks to be turned off so panels can be placed using all roof sections, maximizing roof space. The initial setup was also a bit more complex and technical.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis performs most manual input for me and offers more control over the solar panel installation process, enhancing efficiency in designing residential solar proposals.

 ### 15. Effortless Solar Design with Stellar Backend Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelica A. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really like the ease of use of Artemis. It allows me to input the usage data and automatically arranges all the solar panels on the home, figuring out how many we need, which makes it easier to quote our customers. I also love the fact that I can ping someone for help on the back end, and their team is available to assist with designing the solar system, especially if it's a difficult one. It's really helpful to have someone who does proposals all day walking me through the process on the back end.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I think being able to connect with Solworks would really help. That's another finance program, a PPA program. If we could get them to partner with SOLWORKS, that would really be beneficial.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis simplifies solar project design and financing. It helps organize solar panels efficiently, quickly determines the number needed, and makes customer quotes easier. Its ease of use and backend support enhance the experience, especially for those less familiar with proposals.

 ### 16. All-in-One Solution, Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I love how I can have all of my materials already pre-loaded with pricing that auto-calculates the amount. I'm very fond of the measurement tool, as it has let me completely replace my old system for measurements. Artemis solves almost every aspect for me, from measurements, materials, pricing, financing, and creating a proposal to send to our clients. It's like having both Summo Quote and Eagle View in one; I can do everything on this platform from measurements to proposals to funding. The initial setup was super easy; I got the invite, created my account, and was right into the dashboard ready to go. I find Artemis to be the best platform I've used since I've been in this industry.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I'd like to be able to edit the lines of the presentation to only show the total cost, not the add-on as individual costs. A setting to take off the add-on line items but keep the total pricing the same would be helpful.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis solves issues from measurements, materials, pricing, financing, and creating proposals. It combines functionalities like measurements and funding on one platform.

 ### 17. All-in-One, User-Friendly Solar Design That Simplifies Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Izaiah K. | Sales rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

What I like most about Artemis is that it keeps everything in one place. Compared to other solar design software I’ve used, it’s much more user-friendly and makes it easier to manage projects without jumping between multiple platforms

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Artemis. If I had to pick one area for improvement, it would be that the platform can occasionally be a little slow or glitchy when making design changes, and I’d like a bit more flexibility when manually adjusting panel layouts.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis solves the problem of having multiple disconnected tools for solar design, proposals, and project management

 ### 18. Fast, Easy to Use, and a Smooth Design Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph G. | Salesman, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

The software is fast and easy to use, with quick turn around on the design

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

No downsides, it’s been really fluid, and the only thing I don’t like about it is that I didn’t start using it sooner

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Normally I’d have to wait 10-20 minutes before getting a solar design back with other platforms, but here it’s fast and simple

 ### 19. Intuitive UI with Powerful Proposal Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I use Artemis to build proposals for solar installing appointments, and it solves several problems for me. It helps create a great presentation for clients, highlighting how the panels will look and what they can expect in terms of power generation and cost savings. I find the UI very clear and easy to use, which makes it easy to make changes to a proposal without having to create an entirely new one. Clients love seeing how cost and power production change with different panel options and financing, which Artemis handles well. The initial setup of Artemis was very, very simple.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

There have been a few bugs related to new projects populated with old project names or addresses. I'm not in the system enough to know what's gone wrong with it, but there seems to be an issue with some autofilled fields on Artemis regarding client name and address.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis builds great presentations for solar proposals, showing clients panel layouts, power generation, and cost savings. The UI is clear and easy to use, allowing me to make changes without starting from scratch, which clients appreciate for exploring different options.

 ### 20. Solar Broker's Review of Artemis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan H. | Sales Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really like the simplicity of Artemis compared to Aurora or Solargraf. This is my first experience with Artemis, and it has been very simple to use. The dashboard makes it easy to navigate different projects, even those at different stages of the sales cycle. The login and sign-up process was seamless and very easy, and I don't have any complaints about the administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

This could be user error but on the design tool for solar, it is tiresome to toggle on/off the exact panels that I would like to add or remove. The system tries to recalculate all new payments for every panel added or deleted, which causes it to take longer. The tool also does not always maximize the best azimuth roofaces which forces the designer to go in and add panels while in the home. The software should know that if a rooface is south or southwest that it should try to maximize these rooffaces instead of throwing panels in the middle of the roof.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis provides a simple all-encompassing solution to design and present solar and battery system proposals, making it easy to navigate projects at different sales cycle stages.

 ### 21. Fast, User-Friendly Project Design Tool with Helpful, Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frances P. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really like the ease and speed of Artemis for our project designs. The system was straightforward to set up and learn, with a very user-friendly interface compared with Aurora.

On the few occasions when the system has been glitchy, Support’s response times have been quick, and they’ve always been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

The system can be glitchy from time to time, and the cellphone functionality could be better. It’s especially difficult to view designs on a phone.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Artemis to create proposals during our sales calls. Our sales team appreciates how quickly the layouts can be adjusted, along with the strong visuals that help our clients see their systems “come to life.” Our office team appreciates having instant access to designs, so changes can be quickly discussed & systems finalized same day.

 ### 22. Intuitive and Customizable, Elevates Solar Proposals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aiden B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I use Artemis for solar leads and finding new people interested in solar, as well as building proposals for home efficiency things like HVAC, insulation, windows, doors, and solar. It's super easy to use and intuitive. I like how intuitive the system is and how customizable I can make it. Being able to add or edit different pieces of a proposal is stupid easy. On the back end, adding or removing pieces that the sales force can use is optimized so much that it only takes a minute. The initial setup was extremely easy, and I started with it and am sticking with it!

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Honestly having to refresh the page when changing what's in the proposal to get the new payments and total price is kind of annoying.

I like how quick and easy it is to use Artemis for moving from cash, finance, or TPO agreements. It's also easy and reliable to add and subtract panels or manage shade. Artemis allows me to make quick adjustments on calls with customers, which is really helpful since things can change quickly. The rapid response time from the Artemis team is impressive; they're very quick to address any issues I have. I appreciate the great team behind Artemis—it's a very user-friendly and accurate software. The initial setup was relatively easy, more so than other software I've used. It's also very convenient and acts really fast. Overall, I find Artemis to be probably the best out there compared to Solo and Aurora.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Sometimes it gets a little buggy, and it can have its slow times where it doesn't generate as fast. But I'd say 90% of the time, it's pretty quick and dependable.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 26. Effortless All-in-One Solution with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javed G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really appreciate the ease of use in Artemis, even for someone using it for the first time; you can find your way around smoothly. I love the ability to create proposals with just a click, as it streamlines my workflow. I also find the initial setup to be very easy, which makes getting started a breeze. Overall, the integration of everything into one platform helps me sell solar systems without needing multiple platforms.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

The ability to drag panels more freely when editing the system. It doesn't allow me to drag the panels to areas I know they can go. Also, it would be helpful if it allowed us to delete trees that the homeowner has already cut down.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis consolidates multiple platforms into one, is easy to use, and lets me quickly create proposals, simplifying my solar system sales process.

 ### 27. Intuitive, Fast Solar Design That Boosts Lead-to-Contract Conversions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron M. | Associate Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

Artemis is easily the most intuitive solar design tool I’ve used. The 'Shopify-style' approach to solar sales makes it incredibly simple for myself and my customers to understand the value of a system. The automated roof detection and fire code setbacks are remarkably accurate, and the integrated pricing saves us from jumping between a dozen tabs. It’s fast, clean, and has drastically improved our lead-to-contract conversion rates

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I don’t really dislike anything about it; it’s just a matter of learning a new platform and getting used to how it works.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s fast to design and work with the numbers, which helps me get results and support more customers.

 ### 28. Simple Contract Options, But Navigation Still Feels Random

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

Incentivized review. keep contract options simple, I don't need to do things mannually as much.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping contract out simple and accurate and reducing amount of mannul labor and automating work flow

 ### 29. Simplifies Solar Demos with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enoch H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I use Artemis for our solar presentations, and it's super easy to demo and create a full experience for my clients. It's really easy to navigate and make adjustments on the fly, which is great when clients want to see different energy setups or have questions. The back-end customer service is one of my favorite parts, allowing me to ask for help or design stuff during business hours, which is fantastic. Artemis is a step ahead when it comes to the user platform—it's very user-friendly and easy to get started with. Even those on my team who aren't technologically advanced find it easy to use, which is awesome. With Artemis, unlike our last platform, I can turn around designs in minutes, which is priceless for capturing client interest quickly.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Everything’s fantastic. I don’t have anything to dislike yet.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Artemis super easy for solar presentations, letting me adjust on the fly. It helps clients visualize energy needs and placement changes, while the fast back-end support reduces design turnaround time to minutes, boosting my efficiency and capturing positive momentum.

 ### 30. Seamless Solar and Roofing Design Tool with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I use Artemis for our solar and roofing design and contract services. I love that it allows us to design, quote, and close both solar and roof systems all in one tool. The team is incredibly easy and responsive to work with, and the tool is incredibly intuitive to use—about twice as easy compared to competitors. This ease of use reduces friction in the sales process, helping us drive more sales. I also appreciate how well it integrates with our ERP called Jobflo; we can run the whole tool natively out of Jobflo. We switched to Artemis from Aurora and Solo primarily due to the price and ease of use for salespeople.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

The documents creation process was challenging, but after working with the team they resolved my concerns promptly. To enhance Artemis I would allow Racking to exist as an equipment item and also give better flexibility to the payment breakdown tool.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis lets us design, quote, and close both solar and roof systems in one tool, reducing sales process friction and increasing sales.

I also like that it's linked to our CRM, which makes everything a seamless process from proposal creation to customer creation. The job flow was very helpful too.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I am unable to email a proposal. It was giving me errors for like, the first couple of days until it got fixed. I don't know what they did to fix it, but it was not working very well right away.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis helps me create solar designs faster and integrates with our CRM, making the process from proposal to customer creation seamless.

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I like how quick and easy Artemis is for my reps to give estimates within the pricing we provide them. I love the instant roof measurements feature, which helps them assist customers instantly and spend more time selling rather than measuring on the computer. The setup was super easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

No complaints

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Artemis makes roofing estimates really fast and simple, allowing my reps to provide estimates quickly within pricing guidelines. Instant roof measurements help our team serve customers instantly, freeing up time for selling instead of measuring.

 ### 33. Game-Changing Speed for Roof Reports and Faster Estimates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa R. | Licensed Public Adjuster, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

The speed of the roof reports is a game changer for us. No more waiting 3-6 hours for a report. We are able to get estimates out right away.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Some roof reports require assistance from a designer and we are not sure of the actual measurements so delays estimates going out.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Also, the digital signature and th merchant services will help with the processing of files. This also helps to speed up the cash flow from retail customers.

 ### 34. Artemis Makes Project Tracking and Solar Buyback Recommendations Easy

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What Artemis is solving for me is the fact that it would be able to provide buyback program recommendations for homeowners, instead of me manually looking for them

 ### 35. AI-Powered Design with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really like that Artemis utilizes AI to create very well-crafted designs for my proposals, which used to take multiple attempts to recreate. It makes everything more easy and streamlined. I also like the name 'Artemis' because it makes me feel like a captain of a ship. Furthermore, I appreciate that I can see what different lenders would offer at once, helping me to pick the right lender, even though I already kind of know.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I definitely think there are improvements needed with the auto scanning of roofs. When there's any shading or a tree near the roof, it draws the planes horrendously wrong, and I end up spending hours fixing it myself. Also, I wish Artemis had an embedded signature option for the contracts we send. The first contract I sent with Artemis never came through, and I had to come back the next day to resolve it manually.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis utilizes AI to create well-crafted proposal designs effortlessly, saving me multiple attempts and streamlining the process.

 ### 36. Simple, Cost-Effective Solution with Excellent Support

I use Artemis for solar and roofing designs, and it really keeps my process all in one place while being fairly simple to use. It's much simpler than other platforms I have tried. The support team has been great for the one or two questions I have had; they were quick and easy to get answers from, so I could use the software as intended quickly. So far, Artemis feels like a better product than Aurora. It's easier to use and handles our team's needs in a more cost-efficient way. The initial setup was super easy, and I'd absolutely recommend Artemis to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

Their cookie handling could be better.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Artemis keeps my process all in one place and is simpler to use than other platforms. It's better, easier, and more cost-efficient for my team's needs.

 ### 37. All-in-One Powerhouse with Seamless Integration

The customer service offered by Artemis is exceptional, making the setup process incredibly smooth and straightforward. I find the interface very user-friendly, which adds to the overall ease of use. One standout feature is the ability to integrate contracts efficiently. As soon as a proposal is accepted by a customer, I can immediately send out contracts, which is amazing and saves a lot of time. Presenting to customers has become a joy due to Artemis's ability to add or remove panels and batteries easily. The tool that allows assessing battery performance based on selected items in a customer's home is particularly useful. The clarity and neatness of the proposals make them enjoyable to present. I would unequivocally recommend Artemis to others, giving it a high rating for its seamless integration and user-centric features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian B. | CEO, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

Artemis represents a truly innovative technology. With its direct-to-customer solutions, intuitive workflows, and the ability to instantly generate accurate AI-powered designs, there is little reason for anyone to claim that software is the issue anymore. Artemis can integrate with CRMs for more streamlined project management, with financiers to quickly complete applications with high accuracy, and with your website to have a native "self checkout" solution for any customer that finds you online. They are dedicated to supporting their partners and constantly listening to feedback to better understand what new features need to be added. Companies like Artemis are instrumental in driving our industry forward, and keeping companies like ours ahead of the curve - its a no-brainer!

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

The only thing I wish is that Artemis had been available earlier!

 ### 39. Fast, Smooth Design Tool That Just Works

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I like how fast this design tool is. Other tools, like Solo and Aurora, take way too long, and this one feels much less glitchy overall.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

It times out, and I have to log back in far too often.

Designing with speed is a big plus for me. I can quickly show designs to customers and make sure my pricing is right with the financing companies. It also allows my installers to make custom changes as needed for my sales org.

 ### 40. Built for Solar Reps—Artemis Feels Crafted by People Who’ve Been in the Field

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clayton G. | VP/CSO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

Artemis is exactly what solar sales need. I could tell from the beginning this platform was designed and crafted by actual reps that have been out in the field not by someone sitting behind a desk that has never knocked a door or shown up for a sale. Artemis changes the solar proposal with its unique lightning fast software and design. Can literally have an accurate, presentable solar proposal is less than 30 seconds. Support team took less than 24 hours to get back to me when I had some questions.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

So far, I don't have any complaints about Artemis. I do think that we could have more authority that their backend team has with "Super Admin"

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fixing some Illinois-specific rebates and incentives by integrating them into the proposal will take some time. Also, adding TPO financing like Palmetto Lightreach will be a BIG WIN!

The speed and AI also stand out as reasons why I prefer Artemis over other products.

I find the automatic commercial designs could be improved.

Artemis solves time and accuracy issues, is easy to use, integrates well, and offers portability and lead management for quick use on the go.

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I use Artemis mostly for solar proposal generation, and it really solves the speed problem. It's the fastest proposal software in the industry. I find it really nice to have instant proposals with really good customization. What I like the most is probably the customization, which helps me edit obstructions on the roof and see the irradiance, figuring out where the best places to place the panels are. Also, the initial setup was a piece of cake, really easy, and I didn't have any issues.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

The main thing I think that could be improved is being able to edit trees and shade around the property.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Artemis for solar proposal generation. It solves the speed problem, being the fastest proposal software. Instant proposals with good customization make it easier to edit obstructions and see roof irradiance for optimal panel placement.

Nothing currently.

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis provides me the flexibility to create multiple proposal scenarios with different finance options, and its auto design feature significantly cuts down my design and proposal development stage.

 ### 50. Efficient Solar Design with Some 3D Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla E.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Artemis?**

I really like the feature of switching between panel types in a single design with Artemis. It cuts down a lot of design time compared to having to create a duplicate model and switch panel type manually. Also, the ability to determine building, tree, and surrounding area height through LIDAR, sun shading, and calculate how much a solar system production is very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Artemis?**

I find the 3D mode option challenging because it often disappears from the site. When it's available, I can't see the panel heights or edit roof/obstruction heights. Also, the initial setup of Artemis was kinda rough due to the lacking features

**What problems is Artemis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Artemis helps me determine elevations and sun shading via lidar, and estimate solar output. The feature to switch panel types in one design reduces design time significantly.
