The most helpful features of this solutions is customisation abilities, multiple integration and robust reporting and analytics.

The most dislike feature is the mobile app feature limitations and performance issues.

The User interface is good and provides an easy-to-search functionality.

The solution is only suitable for dialers/telecallers
