Not only do we help market their job opportunities, but the member just has to keep doing what they are doing by posting the jobs on their own site. Further, Rollie Jobs has made it dead simple to filter the jobs to help the job seeker find an appropriate match, including uploading their resume and using AI integrations help find a match. Staff has been very supportive with adding features to help performance. **What do you dislike about Rollie Jobs?** Sometimes a job search result can lead to job that no longer exists, but the chamber set the frequency of updates to keep the price point down. So that is a self-inflicted dislike that we can live with. **What problems is Rollie Jobs solving and how is that benefiting you?** The chamber used to have a jobs board with about 30 jobs on it, largely due to the need of chamber members sending us their job postings. Now we have nearly 5,000 jobs on the jobs board. The South Bend Regional Chamber has now become the go-to site for job searching in the region.; ### 2. From concept to outcome, it's cutting edge for workforce development and is easy to use both on the backend and client-facing sides. I really appreciate the clean interface that harnesses power in the background with simplicity, where basic skills are all that's needed. The direct approach enables quick turnaround, crucial for supporting our clients. Also, setting up Rollie Jobs was super easy with support from their staff. Rollie Jobs is a clear-cut winner for us after reviewing many competitors, and it works perfectly when connecting Claude AI and our website. **What do you dislike about Rollie Jobs?** Everything works well. The only idea I have about improvement would be CRM integration, however, this is a one-time example as our current CRM does not integrate with outside vendors. This is more of a critique of how we're using our combined systems than a critique of Rollie Jobs itself.
