RohanRFP tool is a fantastic solution that accurately shreds RFPs and logically uses a company’s past performance to generate an outline and initial draft. The core process is incredibly fast—typically completed in just 10 to 15 minutes. This does not include the time needed for users to apply the platform’s extensive customization options.

The document upload process was quick and easy, with documents becoming searchable and referenceable within 24 hours. One of the most utilized features was the Q&A section, which allowed users to ask questions directly to the documents. This could generate comprehensive summary of cross-company capabilities and/or specific summaries of contracts and technologies, and I found myself using this feature daily.

Overall, the product is excellent—but what truly made RohanRFP stand out was the customer service. Everyone we worked with was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
