I don't like how it can often take a lot of back and forth in order to send through a rescheduled itinerary. If there is a change in your travel plans, you'll have to make a lot of updates with the rocketrip team. If you make a change be prepared to jump through hoops to get your budget to beat updated. Instead of writing multiple emails back and forth with a travel agency, you can quicky log into Rocketrip, see the budget for your business trip and either start booking directly from there or choose your own booking method. To make the process of booking through Rocketrip even more efficient, it would be great to integrate the billing for the trips as well. Right now, you have to book your trip and send an email with your details and the receipt to a Rocketrip email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Rocketrip alongside Concur. Rocketrip does a good job at generating travel allowances based off of average flight costs, hotel costs, etc. It's also great that they have a point system. Rocketrip is incredibly easy to use. I love that it game-ifies business travel booking.
