Excellent rewards for the employees that has saved my company over 25% on travel since getting on the program. **What do you dislike about Rocketrip?** The auto-upload of receipts is excellent, but you need to thoroughly review them as it tends to misread the date/amount. **Recommendations to others considering Rocketrip:** Once we implemented Rocketrip, I was able to save money by booking lodging through Airbnb while making a ton of money by saving my company money. I was able to find convenient and affordable lodging for the company and was rewarded for it! **What problems is Rocketrip solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love that it rewards our team for being frugal travelers, and it saves our company lots of money on T & E. ### 2. The Rocketrip Points are also nice to have. **What do you dislike about Rocketrip?** Nothing so far, I've experienced a few issues with my agent but nothing within this site. **Recommendations to others considering Rocketrip:** Make sure to at least visit this site before making arrangements with an agent. I found that the price comparison tools were largely beneficial and provided an idea of what the trip would cost before making final plans. **What problems is Rocketrip solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Rocketrip, I was visiting multiple sites for price comparison. With this site's help, I'm able to do this all at once and know what the best price is to beat. ### 4. When the traveler saves, the company saves. Also, the analytics around travel behavior are incredibly valuable allowing us to see who is going above and beyond on trying to save. **What do you dislike about Rocketrip?** Nothing right now to dislike about Rocketrip. **What problems is Rocketrip solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are changing travel behavior by allowing the traveler to participate in savings. We are now also able to see who is overspending on travel expenses by baselining the expected travel costs by using Price to Beat. The chat interface is really easy and intuitive and can be easily accessed from any page on the rocketrip website. **What do you dislike about Rocketrip?** I don't like how it can often take a lot of back and forth in order to send through a rescheduled itinerary. If there is a change in your travel plans, you'll have to make a lot of updates with the rocketrip team. If you make a change be prepared to jump through hoops to get your budget to beat updated. **Recommendations to others considering Rocketrip:** I would recommend roncketrip as a means to save money as organizations scale. Rocetrip allows companies to better save when their employees travel and the employees benefit themselves. Rocketrip ends up being a win-win for both employee and employer. **What problems is Rocketrip solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest business problem that gets solved with rocketrip is that employees don;t take up all of their TandE expense. With a budget to beat, employees are incentivized to take a cheaper flight or stay at a cheaper hotel. ### 7. Our company also uses the rewards system, so we are motivated to stick to our budget as closely as possible. **What do you dislike about Rocketrip?** To make the process of booking through Rocketrip even more efficient, it would be great to integrate the billing for the trips as well. Right now, you have to book your trip and send an email with your details and the receipt to a Rocketrip email. **What problems is Rocketrip solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficient business trip booking, dynamic budget allocation, gain points when staying under budget to exchange for vouchers. ### 8. I love that it game-ifies business travel booking. Normally, my team's impulse is to book the most elegant/over the top place that barely constrains to the budget they have. Rocketrip has made saving fun, and has really helped our T&E costs. **What do you dislike about Rocketrip?** Honestly, there's not much bad about it. The U/I is a little clunky in places, but it's a fairly intuitive system that gets results. **What problems is Rocketrip solving and how is that benefiting you?** People absolutely love to overspend on the company, especially when it comes to work trips. It's almost like they're on a mission to surpass our budget just to feel good about traveling across the country. Rockettrip inspires people to stick to budget, which is a big help. ### 10.
