It worked well with our open source model and integrated well with the frameworks that we were using. The documentation and support was to our satisfaction. We used the services over a year. **What do you dislike about RocketML?** The cost was the only differentiator that we felt could have been more competitive. **What problems is RocketML solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to train a customised version of an LLM for the healthcare industry with large datasets of health/drug related knowledge. ### 3. We had no issues as it seamlessly integrated with existing data pipelines and supported multiple machine learning frameworks. I loved the automated features, robust security, and cost-effective models enhance productivity and decision-making. My last word - with a user-friendly interface and strong community support, RocketML offered a comprehensive, flexible, and efficient platform for machine learning practitioners who may not be pros (for the non-advanced features). **What do you dislike about RocketML?** Personally, I found RocketML's downsides to include high costs, especially for extensive use, and a steep learning curve for advanced features such as configuring the 3rd party clusters. It required significant computational resources, which was expensive and underutilized (we found the billing quite lacking in flexibility). Integration challenges may arise with less common tools, and the automated features might limit customization for some users. Overall, these factors contributed to advise my management to move away from RocketML. **What problems is RocketML solving and how is that benefiting you?** I led a team of ML practioners, using RocketML as an Admin (to control the costs). We primarily used it for NLP problems pertaining to DDI, DDx and Medical Prescription reading. ### 4.
