"Saved a customer"

What do you like best about RocketCyber?

The 24/7 soc, it has been VERY beneficial. I received a call one night from the SOC that led me to stopping a cyber attack on a customer. The call alerted me to an issue and I was able to stop it before they were able to cause any harm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RocketCyber?

I love how easy it is to deploy and manage RocketCyber. It integrates with nearly our entire stack, and it has allowed us to mitigate breach attempts automatically. We really like the Microsoft 365 user monitoring as well, it has saved a number of our clients executives accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RocketCyber?

I would say the only downside I have come across would have to be false positives for some file types. We have some engineering firms and DoD partners as clients, and some of the software they use regularly (Wireshark, Putty, etc) get flagged with alerts. We haven't whitelisted them due to the nature of the programs, so we have just learned to live with the alerts we get and check them on a 1 by 1 basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

far too many false positives, doesn't integrate with many common and popular security solutions. all this does is check a box on what you "have", but doesn't actually protect you. that's why kaseya is basically givign it away now, under the false guise of helping making MSPs more profitable.
