"Rocket for Legasuite needs to have more extensions"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Rocket Modern Experience (Web Edition)?

The flexibility to read and save data to PICK through the help of GUI controls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocket Modern Experience (Web Edition)?

There has been a long running issue related to Num Lock key pad issue which Rocket team couldn't fix for more than three years. The only long running unsolved problems with Legasuite is with keyboard mappings. The support team keeps asking for tip files and trace logs but never came with resolution. There has been a lot of back and forth between the rocket support team and our team to resolve Num Lock keypad issue. We believed the Num Key pad issue that caused the wrong mapping of keys is caused due to installation of Microsoft Office 365. Most of the issues need a lot of investigation and there is a scope for improvement to Rocket Support team to respond with skin in the game. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Moving more towards Web applications and less GUI interface over green screen"

2/5

What do you like best about Rocket Modern Experience (Web Edition)?

It is better than Green screen but not as functional as web apps that we are developing. Maintaining the screens is also labor intensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocket Modern Experience (Web Edition)?

It doesn't have all the functions that I can get with a web app. Instead of something that just overlays our screens we wanted something more dynamic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Enabling our remote workers the ability to bring their own devices. Web enablement allows ease of access from virtually any device. "Great for simple contracts"

2.5/5

What do you like best about Rocket Modern Experience (Web Edition)?

I liked that I was able to easily find and edit a contract for my photography business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocket Modern Experience (Web Edition)?

There was nothing too bad about it, it just wasn’t for me in the direction I am going with my business. I was able to edit and email the contract to myself for future use, but I’d like to be able to use it as a dashboard to send to clients for signatures. Unless I had not found a way to tap into that portion of the site, at the time I used it, I did not see a way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rocket Modern Experience (Web Edition)?
