Easy to download and onboard. No issues starting to use

Nothing. It was easy to use from the start

**What do you like best about Rocket ChangeMan?**

Serena Changeman ZMF supports access via XML Services.  However, there is very little documentation and instructions on how to use this feature.

**What do you dislike about Rocket ChangeMan?**

not user friendly at all. very cryptic menu choices

Understand this is a legacy based product and it works like one.

software change management.  source code version control and deployment process

**What do you like best about Rocket ChangeMan?**

Changeman zmf is easy to use and implement the changes done in developement to tesing to production region. It is version control tool and helps to check in or check out programs from production environment thereby keeping a track and index on the version.

**What do you dislike about Rocket ChangeMan?**

On mainframe environment it is little tough to understand the procedure ,but once trained , it can be helpful for staging the changes to the libraries and keeping track of the version in production.

**What problems is Rocket ChangeMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staging the changes ftom developement to test region to production environment.

**What do you like best about Rocket ChangeMan?**

I am able to replicate changes to backup servers to mitigate any issues with upgrades or version changes, and the ability to automatically detect issues and roll back the changes

**What do you dislike about Rocket ChangeMan?**

Overhead and administration has a learning curve, may recommend a 3rd party install and support.

**Recommendations to others considering Rocket ChangeMan:**

Evaluate the pros and cons and get an outside consultant to assist with setup.

**What problems is Rocket ChangeMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing duplicate licenses, tracking changes in software and preventing downtime due to issues caused by the upgrades and changes of the mainframe software
