What do you like best about RO Writer?
When the smart E-Cat function works correctly ( which is rare) it is a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about RO Writer?
The customer service is horrible. The system crashes often and when it does the tier one technicians can rarely fix it. Once it gets handed to tier two, you can expect to wait for days for a call back, if at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
