The support from tech and pre sales team

**What do you dislike about Rivet?**

Zoho campaign module not ready to send bulk sms broadcast and rivet team is working on it

Rivet a good company to work with for sms tools

**What problems is Rivet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connected my Zoho CRM for leads, deals, accounts module to send sms notifications and also connected Zoho Books to send payment reminders to my customers automatically

Pricing is competitive, the Rest SMS API easy to integrate, SMS Delivery is reliable
