Success Kit quickly assessed what we needed, met with our customer and returned their reviews. The turn around time was under 30 days. The problem was figuring out how to tell them. We tried doing it ourselves, but that didn't work. We tried using a few freelancers, but that wasn't great either. Then we found SuccessKit, and I'm happy to say our Case Study concerns are over! **What do you like best about SuccessKit?** The best thing about SuccessKit is how easy they make the process -- on both us as the solution provider and our participating customer. They ask me a few questions about the project we want to highlight, we provide some supporting details, and then they reach out to our customer to conduct the interview. It's seamless, and the turnaround is speedy! **What do you dislike about SuccessKit?** The thing I dislike most is really out of SuccessKit's hands, and it's figuring out how to get customers to participate! **Recommendations to others considering SuccessKit:** Case Studies are tricky. You're likely spending hours and hours writing case studies on your own. Think about what else you could be doing with that time! Plus, the final result could likely be better. **What problems is SuccessKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are two main problems SuccessKit has helped us solve. The first is that we no longer have to spend the time and effort to create Case Studies. I spend no more than 15 minutes assembling the details, and they do the rest. The second is that the final product from SuccessKit is leaps and bounds above what we've seen in previous efforts. Their case studies are great. ### 9. I launched my own business abruptly with just one international niche e-commerce client that was heavily impacted by the pandemic. After one year of working together, my client and I achieved unrealistic* success and incredible growth in our SEO campaign. I needed to share my story but was faced with two cumbersome issues. First, all of my clients are kept under NDAs. Second, the growth was so grand that if I wrote the case study myself, I genuinely believe that anyone who read it would find it a self-promotional fluff piece. The whitepaper briefing process was also very efficient - a half an hour call only. **What do you dislike about SuccessKit?** Nothing in particular - naturally at the start of the relationship you have to invest a bit of time to ensure they understand your business and content style, but that's not a major hurdle. **What problems is SuccessKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** SuccessKit give us more horsepower to deliver additional content.
