Right Person Reviews & Provider Details

Right Person is an automated background-checking platform for employers, focused on the Nordic market. Employers assemble a background check from individual checks — identity verification, country affiliation, business interests, credit check, open-source search, employment verification, work-experience gap check, digital reference checks, and education verification — or select a predefined package. Candidates give explicit digital consent and verify their identity with BankID before any data is gathered, producing an auditable trail. Data is collected from official registers and authorised sources and returned as a structured report. Pricing is per check with no minimum volume or binding commitment, and volume discounts apply to larger bundles. Some checks, such as credit checks, require a documented legal basis. Right Person is GDPR-compliant; its parent company Skiwo AS holds ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications. The product is operated by Right Person AS (formerly Manymore.com AS), part of Skiwo AS, based in Oslo, Norway.
