Employers assemble a background check from individual checks — identity verification, country affiliation, business interests, credit check, open-source search, employment verification, work-experience gap check, digital reference checks, and education verification — or select a predefined package. Candidates give explicit digital consent and verify their identity with BankID before any data is gathered, producing an auditable trail. Data is collected from official registers and authorised sources and returned as a structured report.
