Scope is the integrated forwarding software for air freight, sea freight and customs. Scope supports managers in freight forwarding and logistics in implementing their corporate goals. With a focus on quality improvement and productivity increase, cost reduction and yield optimization, customer retention and employee satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Scope?**

Ability for the SCOPE system to integrate with EDI and carrier systems. Additionally, it's an easy-to-learn interface which helps out when working with complex shipments.

**What do you dislike about Scope?**

Not a lot of multitasking. The software is actually far from perfect. A lot of factors which need to be automatic are very manual, and updates come very slow. 
Multiple fields often do not sync with each other which creates a problem with values being inconsistent with one another.

**Recommendations to others considering Scope:**

Slow updates, but I believe if you give it a few years, the software may fit your needs perfectly.

**What problems is Scope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freight Management, Ocean, Air and Domestic transportation solutions.
Benefits include electronic document and file storage and optimization.
