What do you like best about Rhombus?

Due to companies being added to the NDAA, we had to find a different security camera provider. After reviewing multiple brands, we decided on Rhombus. The main driver was cost for this decision. Every feature we needed was met and Rhombus was able to undercut the competition on cost. After the move, we were amazed at the ease of implementation and how effortless it was to add on additional cameras as we expanded our coverage. Customer server has been just as supportive 3 years in as they were on day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rhombus?

We tried to be an early adopter of their access control system. Their sales and engineers seemed to be unprepaired for what they were launching. After a few months of trying to get the system of the ground, we decided to return everything and go with a different manufacturer for access control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rhombus?

What do you dislike about Rhombus?

While the platform is extremely reliable, the initial learning curve for configuring custom alerts and zones can be a bit steep. We also found that some advanced features are limited to higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
