Rho's customer service team is very helpful. Any issues we run into, they are quick to respond and advise how we can do what we need to. When we find that a feature we need is missing from the platform, customer service bubbles this need up to their development team and the feature is soon built into the platform. There is a limit of only 3 attachments per transaction, which has meant that some of our documentation needs to be finagled to condense into only 3 documents. It is also impossible to adjust reimbursement requests from either the submitter or approver end, so if someone makes a typo they have to start over with a whole new request. Every person in the whole company had access to the single corporate credit card and could use it without documentation. What I do not like about Rou: if you make multiple purchases a day, and submit your receipts at the end of the day VIA text message, it does not add the receipt to the correct purchase on the APP from the text thread. If you'd like to send in receipts for multiple transactions at the end of the day, we'd recommend enabling email notifications. Then, you can easily respond to each email with a picture of your receipt from your mobile device.
