Our previous application worked in batch mode and was very painful. The support is great as well. The support team is very knowledgeable and skilled in multiple applications which helps tremendously. With this solution we are able to complete real time transactions in JD Edwards. If there are any issues with the transaction we know at point of entry and can resolve immediately. RFGen is simple to use and allows us to greatly decrease the number of man hours needed to receive and process inventory, allowing for a greater profit margin. It is also used for inventory management and accuracy. Our accuracy in picking the correct goods goes up significantly when users are utilizing RFGen instead of manually doing it.
