"RezRATE is AMAZING!"

What do you like best about RezRATE?

This is our programs second year using RezRATE and we absolutely LOVE IT!! We are extremely pleased with this product, and we will continue to use it every year! We use it for both interviews and mock orals. Everything that we use to do manually is literally just a click of a button in RezRATE. The applicants and interviewers get to see their schedules in real-time and we just sit back and let the magic happen! They also help to customize things for our specific program needs and their customer service is phenomenal. You don’t get a recording; you actually get to talk to a live person, and they are always so kind, and fast to answer questions or guide me with anything I have questions about.

What do you dislike about RezRATE?

What problems is RezRATE solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have to do all of our scheduling manually and set up zoom links and run the rooms, RezRATE does it all. The candidates schedule themselves, then when it is time to create the schedule for that day, it is literally a push of a button. Communication is sent out to applicants and Interviewers, and they both have real-time schedules. The amount of time and manual work that has been decreased, has been tremendous! "RezRate makes life easier!"

What do you like best about RezRATE?

RezRate is very user friendly. It makes scheduling interviews so easy. Applicants and faculty LOVE the simplicity and clarity the program brings to the whole interview process. It covers everything from sorting applications to name badges! Michael and Matthew didn't miss a step. They go above and beyond and their customer service is exceptional. What do you dislike about RezRATE?

I wish there was a way to schedule "one-off" interviews. For example, I have a provider who was not able to make an interview session. What do you like best about RezRATE?

I love how RezRate simplifies the interview process for my fellowships. The program's layout is incredibly user-friendly. The features are the best and so easy for my interview process: applicant profiles, interview scheduler, email templates for applicants, and evaluation/rank list. "Priceless Virtual and In-Person Interview Software"
