What do you like best about RezBook?

Since more than 20 years ago, I've utilized RezBook in 7 different properties, ranging from a modest 14-unit motel to a 30-unit building with a restaurant and conference space. The software is simple to use and offers a solution for channel management, smooth real-time reservations, and property management difficulties at check-in. What do you dislike about RezBook?

What problems is RezBook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Systems for property management are crucial today. This one saves effort, time, and resources. Using a channel manager prevents reservations from being duplicated. All information is held in advance so guests can check in and out faster. It is simple to keep track of accounts and recall previous details. What do you like best about RezBook?

Even though we are in different countries, Rubber Tree provides support immediately and handles inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

Rezbook's hotel booking tool is excellent, simple, and connected to our booking engine. And incredibly affordable when compared to rivals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right present, property management systems are essential. This one conserves time, energy, and effort. No duplicate reservations when using a channel manager. To save guests time at check-in and check-out, all information is stored ahead of time. Simple to record and manage accounts and recollect past details. What do you like best about RezBook?

I've used RezBook for over 20 years in 7 different properties ranging from a small 14 unit Motel to 30 units with Restaurant and Conference Facility. The product is easy to use and provides a solution for property management issues at check in, channel management and seamless real time reservations. Rubber Tree offers support in a heartbeat even though we are on separate continents, and manage queries and problems promptly, efficiently and effectively.
