It is also best for short editing time. It is very for managament to train peoples in the company. **What do you dislike about REWO?** Need of better text options and also getting slower while using internet explorer. It was harder to get good working instructions. It requires define th first before start working with creation. **What problems is REWO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was an efficient tool to remove the language barrier. It is also easier process to document all the processes and we can also able to visualize them as instructions. ### 2. The battery life and app ecosystem are to be applauded and been the main concern of other VR/AR products we have used in the past. **What do you dislike about REWO?** The cost of the glasses is prohibitive. They work well, but not too much distinction from other vendor offerings. **What problems is REWO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We initially procured the REWO product for providing immersive training experiences - which it does very well. We have also found the product is equally good at providing direct communication with field technicians and allows for rich collaborative troubleshooting sessions due to support for high quality images and video capabilities. ### 3. REWO also allows archiving of so-called. quiet knowledge and know-how of specialists in a particular field. It often happens that upon leaving / retirement of key employees, we lose a part of their knowledge that was not recorded in a timely manner ### 7. It was very easy to train people in the company how to use it. Younger generations don't need training at all. Customer support was also amazing. The company really worked with us to understand how to get the most out of REWO. **What do you dislike about REWO?** If the process is not well defined before using REWO, it will be harder to good work instructions. It worked well for the areas where we already implemented lean processes, but for some others we need to defined them first before starting with the creation. **Recommendations to others considering REWO:** Very useful when dealing with complex tasks, but simpler one might not make sense to document in this fashion. For us it proved very useful with SMED and TPM processes. **What problems is REWO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using REWO to relocate one of our production lines to a factory we just bought in SE Europe. We struggled with how to train the workers there without constantly sending people from the old location to the new one. REWO proved very useful as it was easy to document all the processes and show them as visual instructions to the new workers. We even saw that it partly removed the language barrier. Now a lot of our younger technicians uses REWO as their primary work instructions tool.
