I found the sales pipeline easy to understand and the various functions quite straightforward. There is a guided tour of the application, although I found myself not needing it much. The contract templates are nice, although I would have used our own contract templates for most functions. There is a simple way to upload your templates if you need them. **What do you dislike about Revv?** If you are new to sales, you may find yourself somewhat confused by the UI. It's not obvious how to begin. Sales people, who have worked with other tools will not be too surprised. You can contact support within the app to help you with questions you may have. **Recommendations to others considering Revv:** It you are an experienced sales team, and need a quick solution to managing your sales process, RevvSales can be for you. I would recommend a little bit of training on the tool if you want inexperienced personnel to use the tool. The primary benefit is the structure that a contract management solution provides, when you have more then a couple of sales people. The guided selling piece and ability to incorporate a sales methodology and really guide reps through the quoting, deal desk, CPQ, and "deal room" and legal pieces is unlike almost any other solution out there today. Simplicity and ease of use are major ups compared to others. **What do you dislike about Revv?** Admin is a bit of a challeng in the upfront set up and is a heavy lift. Lots of planning and designing required, but payoff is worth it once fully set up, it becomes very easy. Adjusting and modifying after isn't difficult, but due to the nature of how built out everything is, it can be challenging. I would not necessarily recommend going overboard and all out on the guided selling piece for a newer company still "figuring things out" as a lot of adjustments will be necessary.
