RevUpra Reviews & Product Details

RevUpra helps manufacturers, distributors, buying groups and dealers recover the margin they lose in channel programs. Rebates, ship & debit, chargebacks and promotions are often run in spreadsheets and disconnected systems. RevUpra brings them into one governed platform that sits on top of any ERP. Rebate management: Agreement terms become executable rules, not documents. The platform supports flat, tiered, volume, growth, retroactive, lump-sum and mix-and-grow programs on both the buy side and the sell side. Accruals are calculated nightly from transaction lines, posted to mapped GL accounts, and traceable back to every source row. Ship & debit and claims: RevUpra manages special pricing authorizations, claims and chargebacks. It checks every claim line against the authorization, price, date window and entity, not just a sample. Deductions are matched to the claims that authorized them, so only exceptions reach your team. Trade promotions and MDF: Budgets are set by vendor and item, with hard caps. Partners commit through self-service, and proof of performance is linked to the funds paid. Margin intelligence: Revenue leak detection covers nine benchmarked leak points. Price triangulation compares invoice, contract and net-net pocket prices on every line. Price optimization keeps pricing consistent across similar customers, and deal modeling shows the accrual and ROI before you sign. Contracts and settlement: RevUpra covers the full contract lifecycle: templates, redlining, routing, e-signature and amendments. Settlement posts to the general ledger and reconciles to the penny. Partner portal: Distributors and partners use a separate, secure portal with one sign-in across all the manufacturers they work with. Governed AI: AI assistants and skill agents work only within your data and permissions. They draft work for people to approve, and their output passes through guardrails and a review queue. Customer data is never used to train models. Enterprise security: Role- and attribute-based access, segregation-of-duties rules, SSO and MFA. A full audit trail, and a single-tenant deployment option. Ingests more than 20,000 transactions per second. RevUpra serves semiconductor and high-tech, building and construction, medical devices and pharma, industrial MRO, plumbing and HVAC, electrical, packaging, chemicals, foodservice, heavy equipment and agricultural inputs.
