Our small team struggled with efficiency and a proper overview of our customers so we could take approiate actions. This led to challanages with churn and in particular it was hard for us to drive expansion in a scaled way. RevSetter helped us solve all these issues by easily helping us intergate all our customer data, creatr automations and workflows and improving our net retention rates. **What do you dislike about RevSetter?** Thus far we haven't experienced any downsides. New systems and workflows are always going to pose their challenges,but so far it's been great and the RevSetter team has been very helpfull. **What problems is RevSetter solving and how is that benefiting you?** RevSetter has improved our team's efficiency and allowed us to streamline our data, processes and workflows in an effective way, which has helped us improve our retention. ### 3.
