The platform is user friendly and the staff is amazing. They are always available to answer questions and help brainstorm ways to make the awarding process better. Once you learn the terminology and how to operate the software as an admin it is fairly easy to use. I am able to figure out who has submitted their application for our event, when they submitted it and if they included all of the items requested. The downloadable excel document makes it easy to compile information about applicants and make it shareable with our team.
