It makes it a lot simpler than checking all of the files in my computer and trying to pull them up. It significantly cuts down the time I need to get ready before a meeting with an employee. **What do you dislike about ReviewCloud?** I think sometimes just like any platform it runs slow or has an update for us with no notice. I think some of the tools within the software could be tweaked for a smoother transition. **What problems is ReviewCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is allowing for me to go in and see what other people are saying and efficiently doing within the company.
