**What do you like best about ReviewBuzz?**

The simplicity of use and the fact that the platform makes it fun and engaging for the Tech's in the field.  Since implementing ReviewBuzz we have seen a massive improvement on the review front.  Our team is earning points at a rapid rate and using those to redeem some awesome prizes from Apple ear buds to a paid day off.  Our reviews have increased 10-fold, and we went from averaging about 30-40 per month to 100 plus.

**What do you dislike about ReviewBuzz?**

Nothing as far as the product goes, find it very user friendly and I get all the data I need from the dashboard.

**What problems is ReviewBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReviewBuzz has added a fun and motivational element to our review process. Previously, we relied solely on integrated text messages from our CRM, and while we still use that method today, the team earns more points by using the Buzz buttons and badges. This incentive has made ReviewBuzz the preferred way to request reviews from customers while onsite.

Each technician has their own portal where they can showcase their total number of 5-star reviews, fostering healthy competition and accountability within the team. Management can also see who is actively requesting reviews in person, rather than relying only on automated text messages.

One of the easiest ways to receive consistent reviews. Great team to work with.

Interface may be a little bit outdated but it's a great platform.

**What do you like best about ReviewBuzz?**

Lets you take advantage of the personal 1:1 relationship built between technician and customer.  People are more likely to write a review for a person that spent time helping them than for a company. Provides a reward system for staff that get reviews as well as a widget to feature a company's reviews on the company website and for each tech to have their own marketing "brag" page/flyer.

Some UX features could be improved to make it easier and faster

**What do you like best about ReviewBuzz?**

Super easy steps for a happy customer to leave a review or steer them towards a feedback survey if they had a bad experience. Customer support and on-boarding team have been great to work with. The team is excited about the incentive program, something you've thought about doing for years but now have the ability through ReviewBuzz.

**What do you dislike about ReviewBuzz?**

The office interface seems a bit outdated, but they're constantly making improvements. What matters most is what the customer sees, which makes up for the admin side.

**What problems is ReviewBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reviews have always slowly trickled in from customers but always struggled with following up on every service call to ask for feedback. ReviewBuzz integrates with our dispatching software, FieldEdge, and the process all happens behind the scenes.

Customers want to give feedback, especially after a great experience with a technician; ReviewBuzz makes it super simple for them to do so.

**What do you like best about ReviewBuzz?**

One of the easiest and simplified ways to generate and receive online reviews consistently out there.  I have worked with other forms of review generation and this is one of the easiest to use that generates the reviews you want and where you want them.

**What do you dislike about ReviewBuzz?**

I can honestly say that there really isn't anything I dislike about this product. It is easy to use and generates the results I want to see.

**Recommendations to others considering ReviewBuzz:**

If you are not using ReviewBuzz, why not.  You need to do something for your reputation management.  This is the perfect product for it.

**What problems is ReviewBuzz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are seeing an increase in our search traffic and impressions because we are receiving those all important online reviews that help with our online ranking.
