It makes sending out mass text messages easy, especially when last minute announcements come up. The customer support on the website chat is very responsive and timely. We use it daily in our clinic. It helps things move along smoothly day-to-day. **What do you dislike about Review Wave?** Downsides would be that sometimes it is not as easy to find certain features. I kind of have to search around for a bit. **What problems is Review Wave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communicating with patients, reminding them of their appointments, and getting them to show up (keeping patient retention high) ### 2. All of the reps are so friendly, and it helps make our business even more efficent daily! **What do you dislike about Review Wave?** I love review wave, no negativity from us! **What problems is Review Wave solving and how is that benefiting you?** The reminder texts ensure that each patient is on time and the office runs smoothly on the daily! All of our patients are able to schedule themselves which takes a huge burden off the staff so they are able to be present with each patient that's already in the office and not on the phone constantly. We love the reps because they are so friendly. We appreciate review wave and would recommend this service to anyone! ### 3. Bulk texts are amazing and being able to create campaigns makes it easy to close all loops. **What do you dislike about Review Wave?** There is definitely a lot more that I'd like to explore about Review Wave. I've kept my use of it pretty basic, but I know there are a lot more things that I'd be able to do if I looked into it more. **What problems is Review Wave solving and how is that benefiting you?** The campaigns we're able to send out for different workshops, clinic-wide reminders, and all the events that we do make it so easy to communicate with a large scale of patients. ### 5.
