**What do you like best about Review Management?**

Bizzwoo is one of the review management platforms listed at G2, it shows that company has global growth ambitions.

**What do you dislike about Review Management?**

Bizzwoo website tells very little about the company and products. Lookslike the website is unattended for a while, ie. the promotional video placed at the home page is unavailable.  Based on the website, the company has a very local feel, not suitable for a company with global expansion plans. The company offers free trials for three different packages. However,  for free trials, the company is asking you to make payment through Pay Pal. I have an impression that I should pay for the free trial. It said that the fee would waive, but it is not clear how?

**What problems is Review Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we are not using Review Management. However, we are considering implementing a review system for our business. Therefore we are evaluating review management tools available in the market. Customer reviews are super crucial for the service industry
