**What do you like best about Restore AI?**

The most helpful thing about Restore AI is the dedication and support from the team. They are clearly invested in creating the most efficient and intuitive product, and have been so communicative throughout the build process, always making sure the product we are getting will be exactly what is needed.

**What do you dislike about Restore AI?**

So far there haven't been any issues. While there were very specific needs for our database that they didn't originally have, the team has made all updates to meet our required standards and checked in along the way to ensure these additions functioned properly

**What problems is Restore AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the client database we were using before, staff would have to spend a significant amount of time dedicated to admin work. Restore AI is dedicated to ensuring that the product is as straight forward and efficient as possible, which allows our staff to be more present and spend more time directly with clients.

**What do you like best about Restore AI?**

We really like the ability to maintain constant contact with victims that are in troubling situations. We also like the ease the platform offers in connecting those victims with survivor services and potentially attorneys willing to help them with civil cases.

**What do you dislike about Restore AI?**

There are several amazing features the platform offers that just aren't useable in our space. I wouldn't call this a "dislike" but am thankful for the ability to turn them off.

**What problems is Restore AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all our case information in one location is an absolute game-changer for the IGI team. Using the RestoreAI platform we will go from three separate data houses to just one. This makes systematic review(s) of the data cleaner and much more accessable.
