  ### 1. I strongly suggest not to work with Respitrack

**What do you like best about Respitrack?**

- it might be a good software if you never worked in your home care agency with another software

**What do you dislike about Respitrack?**

- Respitrack is complicated! (3 different websites, with something that one would do.)
- Respitrack is expensive.
- You have to commit to one year of service, but after 3 month you realize this system is not for me. Why not offer a month to month contract, a good CRM will automatically convince a customer. Why hold customers hostage?

**Recommendations to others considering Respitrack:**

- it is a complicated system and not easy to use
- expensive
- Another software is by far better and three times less expensive
- only do business with them with a month to month contract, you need to find out if it is a good fit for you before completely committing to it

**What problems is Respitrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- I tried to organize my customers and caregivers with Respitrack, I tried to switch to Respitrack. I really failed badly with that.
I found out that another software can do everything that Respitrack does, just in a simpler and easier way.
The other software is about 3 times less expensive and more powerful!

**What do you like best about Respitrack?**

What I like best is that we can keep all of our apps in one place and not have to have remote employees log into multiple platforms with different layouts and login information. 

**What do you dislike about Respitrack?**

We have had issues with some of our more senior staff members navigating the program they did not find it intuitive.

**What problems is Respitrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to have employees log into multiple programs in order to manage scheduling and we can track their visits which is very helpful.

It makes everything easy to use, can put all info in one place

It's not easy to learn to use at first, but you get used to it like everything else in life

It's interface is very good and the management of employee-attendence and pay-roll is very easy and convenient.

**What do you dislike about Respitrack?**

Pay-roll method takes in less attributes.

I liked everything. Nothing to complain at all. Easy to use and quick to learn
