Affirm and Resolve share their founding history in Max Levchin. Max was previously co-founder and CTO at PayPal and founded Affirm in 2012. Resolve was born in Max’s San Francisco based venture studio, HVF, by co-founders Chris Tsai and Brian Nguyen. **What do you like best about Resolve?**

I used it for my manufacturing client to improve cash inflow. It was very useful easy to use and implemented, especially for anyone who needs cash coming in more frequently.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

Well, the charges are comparatively high. Other than that, everything is good.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of every calculation was very clear, and the reports were very transparent, which helped me understand why Resolve is better than any kind of credit line.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

We have been partnering with Resolve since 2018 and they have been integral to our growth. Their team is always willing to assist us and over the years they have made onboarding our clients very easy. The credit application is easy for both our clients and us making terms implementation simplified. Our clients can easily apply for credit terms online and we're notified by ResolvePay within 24 hours typically on whether or not we can extend terms to our clients.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

There really isn't anything we don't like about the services that ResolvePay offers.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in foodservice which means our margins are tight and providing terms is not common. But with ResolvePay we are able to go after clients that we wouldn't be able to while still providing extended terms.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

Resolve helps cashflow with advances on terms and reduce risk with our AR. The integration with Quickbooks helps keep important information flowing to our other systems.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

Late fees can be troublesome for customers. Some transactions required some extra work to communicate correctly with QB and some information doesnt flow back and forth between the two platforms.

The advances help improve cash flow and better determine which customers to extend terms to.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

The best thing about Resolve Pay is that it has streamlined our invoicing process, making payment collection much smoother and more efficient. We don't have to chase our customers down as much about late payments because Resolve Pay sends out automated reminders.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

Providing a refund to the original payment method.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us with getting customers on terms and credit checks and the automated reminders and weekly statements helps our customers to make timely payments so we no longer have to chase down late payments.

Having a dedicated support person when I need help with something is really important to me and I speak with the same person on any issues that come up. That is very valuable to me.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

So far I have not experienced any downsides. They make everything very easy.

They help us manage our Net30 invoices and we can provide Net30 to customers that we normally would have to turn away from Net30 credit.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

The quick cash advances for invoices is very helpful. The weekly emails they send to customers make it easy so that you don't have to reach out to customers. They respond to messages within the hour and help you with any questions or concerns. The flexibility of net 30, 60 and even 90 is great for customers who prefer longer net terms.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

The late fees can be annoying to manage for customers if there is an issue with checks getting lost, but the pros outweigh the cons by a lot!

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of having customers pay. Since you're receiving an advance for half of the invoice know or more, it helps if you're having cash flow problems.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

Resolve makes it easy to open risk free lines of credit for all of your customers. Especially helpful for high growth companies that need revenue from sales to deliver their product or service. The product team is very responsive and continually building new features to improve the platform.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

The cost of capital is a bit higher than traditional factoring but the flexibility experience for our customers makes it worth while.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem they solve for us is cash flow management. Allowing us to access revenue from sales within a couple days while our customer still gets Net terms.

Resolve provides a simple alternative for offering new and existing customers Net terms without exposing us to unnecessary financial risk or undertaking the hassle of conducting our own credit checks. This has made it easier for our team to sell and win new business. The customer support is also exceptional.

I have no complaints or problems with the Resolve platform.

Before Resolve, we were offering customers net terms directly, or simply requiring 100% prepayment. We're now able to focus on selling, rather than negotiating over payment terms.

Since Day 1, the Resolve Team has kept a very open dialogue with us.   They are very receptive to any feedback we provide and made improvements to the Portal for ease of use.  By far the best thing about the company is their communication.   They are quick to respond to any inquiries and partner with us to solve issues that may arise.

I can't say there is anything I don't like.   The Resolve Portal continues to improve and provide more features for ease of use.

We are able to increase lines of credit with current and new customers which then allows us to take on larger projects.

We really enjoy how involved Resolve is when assisting customers and getting them approved for credit terms. This allows our company to grow in revenue.

There is not much to dislike. The only request would be to have access to more critical data through the Resolve dashboard.

**Recommendations to others considering Resolve:**

Resolve is a great credit terms company. They provide excellent customer support and are always ready to help our Admin team and our customers when needed. The process of integration and approving customers for credit is simple and easy to do. I highly recommend using Resolve!

Recently, the main problem we solved with Resolve is allowing higher credit limits for larger companies we work with. I have realized Resolve is very understanding and helpful!

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

The interface is extremely user-friendly and is easy to train both new team members and customers on. Their customer success team is always eager to help and extremely responsive to all inquiries. They also take our feedback seriously when looking to make improvements to the app and to processes.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

At times the updates can make information hard to find as it will move around their exact location in the app. However, in our 3+ years using Resolve they have gotten a lot better about alerting us of the changes ahead of time.  We've seen great improvements here!

Resolve has allowed us to offer flexible payment options to B2B customers, something we previously had not been able to do. Working with Resolve allowed us to onboard additional clients and close more sales.

The best thing is it helps with money flow and collections. It sends weekly statements to customers to ensure payment will be made on time.

I think if it had an option to change amount of invoice if it was sent in same day. Fix edit button to be able to edit the whole invoice not just a section of it.
