What do you like best about Resolve?

We have been partnering with Resolve since 2018 and they have been integral to our growth. Their team is always willing to assist us and over the years they have made onboarding our clients very easy. The credit application is easy for both our clients and us making terms implementation simplified. Our clients can easily apply for credit terms online and we're notified by ResolvePay within 24 hours typically on whether or not we can extend terms to our clients. What do you like best about Resolve?

Resolve helps cashflow with advances on terms and reduce risk with our AR. The integration with Quickbooks helps keep important information flowing to our other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Resolve?

What do you like best about Resolve?

The best thing about Resolve Pay is that it has streamlined our invoicing process, making payment collection much smoother and more efficient. What do you like best about Resolve?

The quick cash advances for invoices is very helpful. The weekly emails they send to customers make it easy so that you don't have to reach out to customers. They respond to messages within the hour and help you with any questions or concerns. The flexibility of net 30, 60 and even 90 is great for customers who prefer longer net terms. What do you like best about Resolve?

Resolve makes it easy to open risk free lines of credit for all of your customers. Especially helpful for high growth companies that need revenue from sales to deliver their product or service. What do you like best about Resolve?

Since Day 1, the Resolve Team has kept a very open dialogue with us. They are very receptive to any feedback we provide and made improvements to the Portal for ease of use. By far the best thing about the company is their communication. They are quick to respond to any inquiries and partner with us to solve issues that may arise. What do you like best about Resolve?

The interface is extremely user-friendly and is easy to train both new team members and customers on. Their customer success team is always eager to help and extremely responsive to all inquiries. What do you dislike about Resolve?

At times the updates can make information hard to find as it will move around their exact location in the app. However, in our 3+ years using Resolve they have gotten a lot better about alerting us of the changes ahead of time.
