It integrates directly with Oracle E-Business Suite and includes 900+ pre-built reports/dashboards/views. Reporting Workbench delivers powerful operational, adhoc, and dashboard analytics, all in one package.

**What do you like best about Reporting Workbench?**

My company seems to get messages sorted by category. It makes it easy for them to route problems to correct teams. 

**What do you dislike about Reporting Workbench?**

It doesn’t allow for you to put your own category. It limits the user. 

**Recommendations to others considering Reporting Workbench:**

Not yet

**What problems is Reporting Workbench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Company uses it for communication. It send  email to specific groups and is only for inter office community.
