"Seamless Integration and User-Friendly"
5/5
What do you like best about Reply?

I appreciate Reply for its ease of setup, which makes it very user-friendly right from the start. The seamless integration with our existing tech stack is outstanding, as it allows for efficient pipeline building and outreach processes without any hassle. This compatibility ensures a smooth workflow and enhances our team's productivity significantly. The ease of setting up the system means we can focus more on our goals rather than technical challenges, and this aspect really stands out as a strong point of the product. What do you dislike about Reply?

I find that while the API of Reply is solid, it lacks access to a broader range of data points and features, limiting its full potential. Additionally, the AI voice feature needs improvement to meet my expectations and be truly effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Promising Multichannel Outreach"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Reply?

I find Reply incredibly useful for its multichannel outreach capabilities, which seem to fit my current needs perfectly as I explore different methods of reaching potential clients, including emails, LinkedIn, and potentially cold calling. I particularly appreciate that Reply allows me to perform email inbox warm-up and validation all in one place, streamlining what could otherwise be a fragmented and time-consuming process. This feature is beneficial as it simplifies the workflow and reduces the need to juggle multiple platforms. Moreover, while the initial setup was lengthy, it was straightforward, with clear instructions guiding me through each step, which I consider a positive aspect of the service as it eliminates confusion. Additionally, I've been impressed enough with the deliverability of emails sent through Reply that it could be a compelling reason for me to continue subscribing long-term. Overall, my initial experiences suggest that Reply effectively supports my experimentation with new communication channels, and I am optimistic about leveraging more of its potential in the future. What do you dislike about Reply?

{"I find the setup process to be a bit long and cumbersome, requiring navigation through too many windows.","The warm-up feature is somewhat inconvenient as it requires redirection and setup across multiple places.","I would like to see A/B testing for LinkedIn, which is currently missing."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reply user for many years now"
5/5
What do you like best about Reply?

Honestly, the automation saves me so much time as I use Reply LOADS. I don’t have to worry about remembering who to follow up with or when; the sequences take care of it. Plus, everything’s in one place, so I’m not bouncing between tools.

I also like that it keeps everything organized in one dashboard, so I can see my prospects, conversations, and performance without jumping between tools. It feels like having an assistant who never forgets!

Implementation is smooth to & very easy.

It makes outreach way easier. I can reach more people without it feeling robotic, and the analytics show me what’s actually working. It also just takes a lot of the busywork off my plate, so I can focus more on actual conversations with clients and potential clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Overall, But Reporting Needs Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Reply?

The AI chatbot and CS Agents (shoutout to Helen!!) have been amazing in my experience. While learning how to use the tool, I know if I have any questions or need to troubleshoot I can always go straight to the webchat and it usually gets sorted out within the hour max.

Reply is a great tool for sequencing outreach, and I find the routing options ie. "if this lead opens the email x times, route them to a new campaign" better than other sequencing tools I have used in the past.

All in all, it is an intuitive tool which I have found easy to use and effective in scaling our outreach. Mailtoaster is a great bonus for warming up mailboxes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

The reporting could be more logical. I find it difficult to see the full picture in the report tab alone, and usually have to go into each individual sequence to see for example, who has opened the email.

It would also be very helpful to be able to see emails scheduled to go out, to better plan output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"2+ years of only the best experience. Tested 5 other tools before, now I'm ambassador of Reply."
5/5
What do you like best about Reply?

I like that Reply is the most advanced outreach tool in the market. It has features like the number of contacts per domain per day, email evaluation with the spam words count, great deliverability tools, including the option to multi-outreach from Microsoft and G Suite mailboxes to the leads depending on their mailbox providers, which is next level. AI SDR is a masterpiece that deserves a separate book about it. Chat support is always helpful in solving problems, and it was the first AI chat support that, in such detail, solved many of my requests. I like branding and UX/UI, I like pricing models and many small details that educate me with outbound now and then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with any other tool, I'd like to pay less for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Challenging implementation experience"
3/5
What do you like best about Reply?

Sales rep experience is very streamlined but the window reps must work within Findy should be made bigger. Can't adjust window size at all so sections cut off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

We've ran into quite a bugs, for example, our email validation feature was mistakenly limited despite having been paying for a higher volume. Had to go through support to fix it. Tasks weren't appearing in Findy - appeared to be related to our Zapier integration and found Reply's support team wasn't helpful. Another time a filter just wasn't working and generating no results; it ended up being another bug. However, the worst part of Reply in my view is that you can't regenerate tasks for a prospect that has already started a sequence. So for example, when you update someone's email address you need to then duplicate the sequence and add them to the new sequence. Very cumbersome. We just keep finding little odd issues like that where there were either bugs on Reply's end or other challenges with their UI or our integration which has made implementation rocky and time consuming.
