The analytics are great and our Success Manager is there as often as we need her to suggest new features, help us implement them, and more. You need to keep in mind that Rep AI is a sales tool. Our mistake was counting on it just as a customer support bot of sorts. But once you trust the process and lean into the sales features and their power, you'll start to see some real transformation happening.
