What do you dislike about Rental Network Software? I used the software a long time ago so it’s hard to remember what I hated about it. I think I do remember it making my computer run slow. I was solving easy tracking of rental properties and collection of payment. What do you dislike about Rental Network Software? The system runs slow sometimes. When multiple people are on the program, it tends to lock up. RNS is easy to use and lets you get to particular place in multiple ways. The tabs can be saved at the bottom of the screen if you are interrupted so it is easily accessible after. RNS is very accommodating in making changes/edits to the software and programs that my company requires. It houses a lot of information and has the ability to run reports on many different levels and facets. It is simple to use and pretty logical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Rental Network Software? There are not that many programs that write to or work with RNS, so merging information or trying to use other applications is challenging. I'm in property management, so we need to make notes and run reports for lots of things (guest arrivals, unresolved maintenance issues with the property, owner information, etc.) and we use other programs and softwares, but are limited to things that can "talk" to RNS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Rental Network Software: The version that we use feels outdated and antiquated. It also freezes up regularly and boots us out. Support has been good, but they are not able to do everything we need them to, but they are very responsive to make edits and changes to the program based on our specific needs. When we can integrate other software programs, like SAS and our web portal, etc. it really helps us and makes our lives easier. when programs "talk" to each other it makes for seamless productivity and results.
