RNS is very accommodating in making changes/edits to the software and programs that my company requires. It houses a lot of information and has the ability to run reports on many different levels and facets. It is simple to use and pretty logical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are not that many programs that write to or work with RNS, so merging information or trying to use other applications is challenging. I'm in property management, so we need to make notes and run reports for lots of things (guest arrivals, unresolved maintenance issues with the property, owner information, etc.) and we use other programs and softwares, but are limited to things that can "talk" to RNS.
