Property management Reviews & Product Details

Rentwelly is property management software that integrates rent collection, tenant management, and double-entry accounting. Its general ledger automatically tracks transactions like rent payments, expenses, and fees, eliminating manual data entry. Supporting both cash and accrual accounting, the system ensures all figures are balanced and traceable. Landlords can manage multiple properties, units, and owners with synchronized records, while tenants use a portal for payments and lease details. Rent collection is automated, including late fees and split payments. Expenses can be allocated across properties, with profit and loss statements reflecting each property"s share. Financial reports like balance sheets and 1099 forms are generated without external tools. Real-time dashboards monitor portfolio performance, and historical data can be imported. Data security is ensured with encryption and automated backups.
