If you are a large agency, Remix has the potential to add discrete capabilities, but it more than likely won't replace systems you use for planning and scheduling. If you are a smaller agency, Remix can significantly expand your capabilities and drastically the reduce the time it takes to do planning work. I will say, though, that Remix has a large and growing (multi-national) customer base, and the Remix team has demonstrated a keen ability to learn from those agencies and rapidly implement improvements and new capabilities (relative to other companies). They're continuously building their "transit chops." Their customer support is also top notch. Lastly, since it's a SaaS, there's absolutely no IT overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
