The interface is very user friendly. I am able to access reports easily and am able to apply multiple reports to various products. Recommendations to others considering Regpack: People considering Regpack should be aware that there is a solid user interface both on the front end and the back end. I find that the program allows for a variety of queries and reports for everything from financials to logistics. The program is very easy to learn and master. I am able to track whether all forms and moneys have been submitted and paid. I am able to sort registrants based on a variety of fields. When planning a program that involves participant allergies, I am able to - at a glance - see what the needs are for each participant to ensure safety for all.
