I think this is a very solid platform and user friendly, but I feel that you have to be very on top of your data and inserting information in order to really take advantage of the real-time metrics analytics. A tool such as this requires someone to own the reference process. Without a reference manager, the process falls apart. Lacks some flexibility when it comes to some custom processes. This is surprising since it's a salesforce native app and you should be able to have all the same flexibility as SFDC. Not being able to limit fields in dropdowns for specific profiles is one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
